  This is probably an over-processed gelato, not made with fresh ingredients, packed of sugar, thickener and preservatives. The canned spray cream is almost an insult, for a gelateria or pasticceria. Almost nobody eats gelato like this in Italy. And if you want more reviews, here is the place on google maps, with quite bad feedbacks: maps.app.goo.gl/jpSTUbW3wjH1Eb3v8 . This is good only for foreigners. If I see something like this, as an italian, I go to the next gelateria.

  Very nice but where's hygiene... no gloves and the ice cream is melting closer to the end of the vid at the bottom edge ... wouldn't put the buscuit defo in my mouth...
