The mission of the Salt River Heritage Society (SRHS) is to conserve and collate the Salt River people's history be it architectural, cultural and natural heritage for the benefit of Cape Town and South Africa.
We are a registered non-profit organisation and was launched on Heritage Day, the 24 September 2018. The organisation is dedicated to the acquisition, preservation and exhibition of materials relating to the heritage of the Salt River community.

This was an interesting dialogue. As a young person myself, I could relate to a lot of what Daiyaan was saying and think it is crucial to have the voice of young people included in these spaces. Would be great to see more gender diversity in the webinars to come.
