Why dont the one side of the surface stay tidaly locked with Jupiter?
This really us critical information.
The only thing I have to say are that I think this topic is necessary and I wish that this video were longer and more in depth. This needs to be everywhere, please oike, comment, subscribe to OSU and Professor Millison, and share this video.
Based.
It doesn't feel like I can appreciate this vodeo enough.
This is part of what I want to do. Heal rhe land.
That is very benevolent. Instead of maintaining an antiquated and unproductive elitist status symbol like the lawn, we should fill our lives with the abundance, security and harmony (with each other and the rest of nature) of aesthetic, productive and ecologically sound spaces with food and medicine available for the community and public. World peace indeed.
Protect the soil!!!!
Permaculture has its foundations in people care, eco-care, and fair share. Amd in its principles.
Zones are very important. We should value the edges of zones as much as the zones themselves.
what if there is a river between valleys and how should the water system work Can u explain it?
Awesome video
Permaculture isn't just gardening, farming and ranching. Shelters should vary based on the situation
Topography is important to permaculture.
Water really is sacred, just like the air we breath and the land we walk on. Just like every living thing.
Vety good introduction to this topic!

How do the shrubs get enough sunlight in permaculture is always my question
Well, how did they get enough of it in nature? That's your answer.
@@markd.9042 🤷🏾♀️ the bushes at the bottom are in shade that's why I ask I just assumed the ones in nature are shade loving bushes

Great work. Thank you for the filmography. Thank you to the presenter for the explanation.
Excellent
Form where we can get the information about University
Till 1980s Indias farms were purely organic. Using fallen leaves, shrubs, animal droppings as manure. No tree feelings instead trees were planted. After 1980s, Desi cows gave way to western huge cows hfs jersey, chemical fertilizers , felling of trees, no cate fircanimals or their manure... now youth study subject called permaculture in universities obtain certificates.. a big laugh. So old wine in polished new bottles...
Sad...
Du möchtest einen Dachshund haben. Wir haben einen Corgi! Trotz allem äußerlichen, sind das im Effekt Tiere mit sehr ehnlichen Temperament! Krasse Erklärungen allerdings!
Thank you for the video! Great analogue between Chinese physician and land steward; to align the patient with their greatest potential. And cool mandala!
What do you call it when you started developing the culture not knowing how a good harmony is made yet?
I fell certain that this video series is full of valuable information, but oh God the presentation is so boring.
This is well explained and thank you so much!. But am having a little bit of a confusion about this egg being a male or a female bee. According to their reproduction if the egg is unfertilized and haploid which means it has only a set of chromosomes of the queen; a female, how can a male bee be produced from that egg? Please correct me if I’m asking something with incorrect knowledge about them and if someone know the answer to this please explain it❤

This method is tried and true effective. Yet it focuses on the narrow valleys. We have been working on top soil building strategies that store water over the entire watershed.
dope
amazing
You are an excellent teacher. Ihave learned so much here…and I want to know more!

Thank
Can we stop and appreciate that this excellent instructor and illustrator not only has incredible handwriting but is also writing everything BACKWARDS from his point of view? 😲
What tool is used to create these videos? I love the style. Or maybe an amazing sound studio with a piece of plexi or glass?
We use a tool called a LightBoard. It's sort of like a big whiteboard, but with a well-lit piece of glass in the middle, used in a professional studio. Users write the content facing themselves, and we flip it in post-production!
I'm a 15yr experienced permaculture designer and I've just got to say that your presentations are absolutely supremo!! Clear, concise, and BEAUTIFULLY illustrated. Amazing. Thank you!
The part I love (because it fires up the imagination and creative thinking) about #8 (Integrate rather than segregate) is that you have at least 3 elements performing/supporting each function (so if 1 fails, or even 2 fail, there's still 1 element performing that function), and at least 3 functions are performed by each element, so redundancy is built in to a design. Simple examples: Function: providing shade Elements providing shade: grape vines on a pergola, shade trees, a roof (thanks, Geoff Lawton!) Element: a pergola Functions performed by a pergola: provides shade, acts as a trellis for grape vines, gives children a play structure, serves as an outdoor seating area (that's 4 functions!)

Deeper the water the more hydrostatic pressure presses the water into the ground. I notice the lawn drains faster now that there is a three foot pit on the corner. It squeezes the water into the ground. Even at that depth a pin hole spays out like a power washer.
thanks
Observe and interact isnt a principle.
