Realmente una pieza sublime y hermosa del Mtro Rutter
Amazing job. Mr. Easter especially. The accompaniment for this piece can get monstrous.
Amen to that. Being an accompanist I can appreciate that performance. The chorale is wonderful but the piano player is often overlooked. Thank you, Mr. Easter and the chorale for providing these wonderful KZread performances.
Why do all performances of this say sealance instead of silence?
Great Moses Hogan 🥰. I just love the dynamics and articulation his pieces
Gorgeous!
Thank God that He still brings great music in our world. Bravo
This is so good! The arrangement, the singing. The inspired third verse! Deserves more views!
WITH MASK! CRAZY WORK
Lovely
not one person of color in the mix...
Wow, they're really bookin' (tempo). Very well done, very enjoyable.
Lovely!
My favorite version of Precious Lord.
This is one of the most beautiful songs ever and this is the best performance of it. The beauty!!
Bravo!!
There are many versions of this hymn on the internet, but this presentation is both beautiful and extraordinary. Absolutely amazing. Thank you.
When memory fades and recognition falters, When eyes of love grow dim, and minds confused, Speak to our souls of love that never alters; Speak to our hearts by pain and fear abused. O God of life and healing peace, empower us With patient courage, by your grace infused. --- As frailness grows and youthful strengths diminish, In weary arms, which worked their earnest fill, Your aging servants labor now to finish Their earthly tasks as fits your mystery's will. We grieve their waning, yet rejoice, believing, Your arms, unwearied, shall uphold us still. --- Within your Spirit, goodness lives unfading. The past and future mingle into one. All joys remain, un-shadowed light pervading. No valued deed will ever be undone. Your mind enfolds all finite acts and offerings. Held in your heart, our deathless life is won. ~ Dr. Mary Louise Bringle
Excellent!
Klasse!!!!
How can I submit music to the chorale?
I do this song at my church as a member of the cuior, and it's my favorite song we do during Christmas
No one of the TMEA cared enough to ask who here was from the TMEA😂
👹
Gorgeous. When I was maybe in middle school, I used to check out LP's at our local library. I found an album of folk songs that had this arrangement on it. I loved it then and I still do. Thanks for the post!
Are you (or have you already) going to make a professional CD available for this complete work? Absolutely love this. You do an amazing job (as only AMC can do)!
I like this very much so sharing it with you. I hope you receive it.
As a bass, this is one of my favorite pieces I’ve performed. Let music live!
Beautiful
This will be sung at my funeral!
Why do the women hold music but not the men?
Couldn't help but smile and tap my foot!🙂
Beautiful. Come, Oh Jesus, come
Incredible! I can't imagine how each performer sang their part in the section with moving dissonance.
Sweet music indeed! 😍
Another beauty! And soooo well done! 👌
Abendlied by Rheinberger in the background! 😍
Wish I could purchase a digital copy of this.

This is the song we’re doing in school and I LOVE this song

Waiting patiently ❤
Lovely, especially that I will be performing this soon. Thanks for the reference.
I sang the soprano part of this song in my high school choir right the sudden and tragic death of my cousin. Now i listen to this song again right after my uncle died nearly 2 weeks ago. This song is beautiful and comforting.
In my senior year of high school, our choir teacher learned there were to be cuts to the music program in favor of sports, so she had us sing this in our spring concert as a message.
In 1974 in a Boston suburban HS I sang this under Thompson's baton. THIS is how he lead us. THIS. >>EXACTLY LIKE THIS.<<
Thank you for sharing AMC's performance of this piece. It uplifts and transcends the chaos in our world.
Wonderful!
Lovely!🎵
Absolutely beautiful arrangement; listened to this video multiple times, each left tears. Thank you!
Absolutely beautiful! To God be the glory. ❤
My nostalgia from high school singing this song in choir I miss those days
