Enjoyed the video and agree that it could use more, but we have to remember Chen and others are level locked to (51 in their case). But what I was hoping for was someone like CC to provide us insight in how to acquire him. Plus I really feel considering the storyline here for Picard he would have been a Lower Deck officer without a captains ability.
I do think that all officers need to be available to everyone.
С появлением новых зон Волн ПВ( паралелная вселенная) попасть туда стало невозможно. Играю на сервере #158, куда брошен с #170, и еще где то был, короче пока дошел сюда бросали туда сюда пока готовили тут высокие уровни фальшивых аккаунтов, потому что во всех локациях уже стоят корабли мертвые 50+ уровня. Так вот дали входных билетов на Новые Волны от ПВ на два захода и все дальше должен быть обмен в магазине фракции 31, но он требует старых кредитов которых у меня нет, потому что с двумя кораблями Пилумом и Вальдором с подобранными офицерами импульсная скорость которых выше 200-от могу пройти только один уровень и за это дают через раз 40 кредитов.То есть они специально создают такие условия чтобы не дать игроку развиваться причем делают это так топорно что видно даже не вооруженным глазом. Да если бы они эти вещи делали бы в начале кто нибудь играл бы в эту игру? Ясно что нет. Вот и идут таким алчным и хитрым а также грязным путём и я это вижу по всем а пунктам игры.Жаль что тут нельзя скрин прикрепить чтобы вы сами увидели что творят эти уб..ки на #158. Это просто жесть. Короче пока не наберёте 1500 обычных кредитов на Обычных Волнах вам не светить вход в Волны ПВ. Но если накопите с большим трудом и войдёте то там тоже самое что и в старом а ещё хуже. Мобы двигаются быстрее. Короче позор вам Скорполи ....

Im still thinking his rank should have been like the story... Lt Jr Grade... Picard like the episode in st tng.... Hes a Lt in the game........... and thats 1 rank higher then the story! I think this is my biggest issue! Star trek the next generation Season 6 Episode 15 Tapestry!
Just cause PMC stop working at 52+ It did not stop OP 56 using it on waves... Its insane to have a "new" officer locked that way.
his only works under 35 means he will stop been used at a certain point say you unlock him later on at some point will he still be used when he has a limit
I'm level 46 so useless for me, and I don't have him unlocked

It's not so bad there's too many glitches to really play the game I've been thrown out of the game so many times in a day

I heard there is a Lt Picard but even SCOPELY got it wrong - it's supposed to be Lt JR grade Picard from TNG episode - Star Trek: The Next Generation episode Episode no. Season 6 Episode 15 Lt jr grade is 1 black pip and 1 golden pip... Lt. is 2 golden pip a rank difference 1 up from what lore episode!

i think officer sourcing is abysmal on this arc
Got to 118 of 120 game told me to get section 31 faction to next level to get the last 2. So I’ve spent weeks pushing to next faction level and went to store to get last 2 shards. Now the shards aren’t in the faction store and the refit for defiant is there instead. Waiting on support to tell me why.
Could be useful for mining in Mirror Universe. But automated defenses is misleading since you actually need to activate it manually for it to be active.
I know this is 4 years late, but I’m ops 31 and never use my Franklin. My mayflower is maxed and same with Saladin and Bortas. Never needed the Franklin. But I do all 50 swarm dailies at lvl 32 in one repair

Once I tried doing almost all the things that I could in stfc, too many, got tired after a while😅 I usually play some Star Trek audiobook on KZread when I play the game, keeps me going then. Anyone else feels like this or am I the only one?
I've given up mostly, I don't do Eclipse armadas, waves, trial bells, or swarms anymore and probably a hat load of other stuff. Times too short and I have a Job.

I hate any incursions … the only ones who suffer is the ones not pARCIPICATING… THE ONES SUBJECTED AMD really affected are the ordinary players… it stalls the whole game for everyone except the incursions players. I don’t think it’s fair to ordinary players…😮😮😮

Put stfc beginner on KZread. Don’t worry if video is 3y old nothing changed below lv 30 on last 2-3y (almost). Beginning is a little linear following main quest.
im so close to that miner only need the uncommon mats for R&D lv29 is 260 g3 uncommon gas then about 330 for a lv30 R&D so need about 600
im no where near there maybe in 50 years lol i have the g3 fed miners BPs but not lv30 yet im in no rush tbh also still need get to respected with rom and fed then will start klingon im ops29 need 600 g3 uncommon gas to be able to build it
9900% "plunder isn't working. I keep seeing 1,000,000 plunder per kill. Iv'e used about 3 "plunders in excomp and i get about 15,000 per kill.

Sorry to say but Scavenger on 3:18 was is the only thing u should spend all your credits. Not that HP and shields aren’t good but make your amalgam dig any % more loot is wonderful! Also the FT reduce cost might be vital 😅 (I don’t have many FT).

Why do you like Tucker over Phlox? Is using Tucker getting that crit shot damage reduced to less than a regular shot?
