    Everyone tells me the scallops are suppose to be at least 2”, you had some that weren’t. If that’s the regulations you should check that before putting on videos

    I have a ballyhoop. You would expect the inventor of the ballyhoop would do a better job show how to actually use the hoop. Other videos show using an empty bottle connected for buoyancy.. Make sure to checkout other videos; especially chum.
