I am a beginner. It seems a natural progression of mindfulness practice, a formal samadhi practice of awareness of breath, to then practice Ba Duan Jin the eight piece brocade of Qigong as a moving meditation, awareness of breath and body with awareness of the mind. This mindfulness with movement helps me continue a practice of mindfulness in every day movements, activities. The wisdom and practical expression of ways to practice in this talk is penetrating. Thank you

Wonderful sutta, I find that my mind is free from coarse 5 hindrances yet it doesn't leap into singleness because it has not contemplated the drawbacks of sensual pleasures. I was looking for such suttas which points out sensual pleasure faults.
