    It's right anxiety and thinking about past is distracting us from living in the present moment And this could lead us to complete useless things and waiting our time and life

    Wow. I stumbled on this vid due to the reference of Musashi! And the super cool japanese anime! I have read a book by him, “Book of Five Rings.” Your video is amazing. It put something very complicated, often in yoda sounding asian prose, into a simple form. It really hit home for me. Today its so easy to be distracted. Im going to start thinking about how to conserve my energy more. Thanks jedi bro 😎 “If you spend your energy well, you will accomplish tasks more efficiently… focus on what truly matters.” Ps. “Flow state….”

    I love the theory sometimes I over analyze and over fixate and by the time I do the task I’m already overwhelmed and have to calm myself through the task. I feel taking life with ease helps us complete tasks with a clear mind although being too careless can be a problem it’s the middle ground that promotes growth

    I wrote down the highlights of the presentation, then I wrote it again but this time I grouped what causes overthinking and what to practice in order to manage it (eliminating it is impossible), and it was much clearer what to avoid and what to do. Next for the 12 minutes I plan to write down my issues and change the words by I could and why I have not done anything or enough to reach my goal. I am positive it will make my thoughts laser focus on my goals. Thank you very much for the presentation, it was amazing 🙏🏻.

    Whats interesting is this philosophy is exactly what new age teaches. Flow, letting go and allowing, anchoring in the higher frequencies of Self and embodying them which allows control over ones vibration, are the fundamentals of the laws of assumption and attraction. Just a few of many identical truths. The only difference is these videos have both the divine feminine and the divine masculine represented. This video has all males as if wisdom is reserved for that gender. Only in their minds in their imbalanced patriarchies and desire to control and own others. The divine mind is informed by the heart, which is the center and power core of the human construct. Love is the fundamental energy that emanates from all that is in the universe. Love is the fundamental energy of God. Wisdom comes from the heart where all is known and where our well-being lies. The mind is a database. The heart is the source of wisdom and where we are all connected to divinity as extensions of God, as all is in the universe. We are the highest expression and direct extensions from divine mind and heart which both males and females are a reflection of. There is no false programming and role playing as there is on this planet.

    Here’s some more information on the differences between Mu and Wu-wei. While “mu” and “wu-wei” share similarities, they are distinct concepts rooted in different philosophical traditions. Here’s a breakdown of their differences and similarities: Similarities: 1. Non-Action and Emptiness: Both concepts emphasize a state of being that transcends ordinary thought and action. They focus on a natural, unforced way of engaging with the world. 2. Harmony and Flow: Both “mu” and “wu-wei” involve a sense of harmony with the surrounding environment and the flow of life. They advocate for actions that are in tune with the natural order. 3. Mindfulness: Both require a form of mindfulness, where one is fully present and responsive to the moment, free from distractions and unnecessary thoughts. Differences: 1. Philosophical Origins: • Mu (無): Rooted in Zen Buddhism and Japanese martial arts philosophy, “mu” translates to “nothingness” or “emptiness.” It is about achieving a state of “no-mind” (mushin), where the mind is free from distractions, ego, and preconceived notions. It emphasizes mental clarity, detachment, and a deep state of presence and readiness. • Wu-Wei (無為): A core principle of Taoism, “wu-wei” translates to “non-action” or “effortless action.” It is about aligning oneself with the Tao (the natural way of the universe) and acting in a manner that is spontaneous and unforced. Wu-wei stresses the importance of flowing with life’s natural rhythms and not striving against them. 2. Practical Application: • Mu: Often discussed in the context of martial arts and combat, where achieving a state of “mu” allows a warrior to respond instinctively and effectively without being hindered by thought or emotion. It is about mental preparedness and the ability to react to situations fluidly and without hesitation. • Wu-Wei: Applied broadly in life and nature, wu-wei is about living in harmony with the world, making decisions that feel natural and unforced. It involves less about specific combat strategies and more about a general approach to life and decision-making. 3. Mental State vs. Natural Action: • Mu: Focuses on the mental state of emptiness and readiness. It is about cultivating a mind that is clear and free from attachments, enabling spontaneous and effective action. • Wu-Wei: Emphasizes the naturalness and effortlessness of actions themselves. It is less about a specific mental state and more about the quality of actions that arise from being in harmony with the Tao. Summary: • Mu (Zen Buddhism/Japanese Martial Arts): Emptiness, no-mind, mental clarity, detachment, readiness, often in a martial context. • Wu-Wei (Taoism): Effortless action, naturalness, harmony with the Tao, spontaneous living, broad life philosophy. Both concepts aim to cultivate a state of being that allows for effective, harmonious action, but they do so from different angles and with different emphases.

    A few times in my life I've achieved this state of perfect avoidance of lost energy. And I'm not talking about hardcore, cold pursuit of goals here, I'm talking about doing more of what matters, goals, relationships, experiences, life. Each time I was basically scalded for my "careless" and "boring" attitude by this or that person, people very close to me whom I hold dear. I would have a close call getting ran over or some drama happened and the second the situation was over it didn't bother me whatsoever. And so I too started indulging in the muck after being afraid of trying to seem better than them, high horse stuff. Well, that shit ends now. This time I'm better equipped to deal with the questions.

    Musashi was noy lazy. From the Book of Five Rings, Its all about training every single moment of your life. "Make your everyday stance your fighting stance." He conserves his energy for TRAINING. Everything else does not matter to him. He is all about overcoming the other guy. So he trains, day in, day out. Hahaha

    Perhaps lazy is a strong word that gives you a negative connotation. Think of it more as efficiency. The “grind” mentality is very common these days but doesn’t equate to true progress. Same idea though. More isn’t necessarily better.

    I understand the energy tank idea, there's a reason we make our best decisions early in the morning after some cold water or maybe coffee and we do get sidetracked cause we're programmed to do so, but we've always been a consumer's and salesmen society and now with the stream of information it's even more abysmal, our own inventions and means of comfort troubles rather than serving us, after that cold water and coffee most people are wired and ready to work/study but you might take an alt route to get where you want faster but instead get stuck in traffic and lose every ounce of peace and patience. I guess livin in the present and emptying your mind and taking a distance and detaching ourselves from hurtful parts that do not benefit us paradoxically works given the previous statement. Now I have one question I would really appreciate if you could answer and btw I'm not a very good listener or properly educated but what do you think is the reason -as-I-have-noticed- that when the day ends and we're ready to rest if not most of us some of us leave a huge sigh like we just stopped running in a race with obstacles, instead of breathing out in relief that we were alive for another day no matter how hard it was? What I'm asking basicaly is why do the facts of the soon-to-be past do not satisfy us compared to the problems of now and of a self-prophecy of a horrible future given how in the end we do find a way most of the time. We are willing to accept the statistics of impending doom but not past survival/success, is it the overload of data, negative vibes, not being in tune? what do you think is the reason for that? sorry for the tldr I will space it out.

    I really liked these modern applications. I think saying “more with less effort” gives a false impression of the idea though. It’s using less energy but definitely more effort and intention. I think when people hear “get more done with less effort” they think it means easier. Effort has to be high, but energy does not.

  • @andybsg2802
    @andybsg28022 күн бұрын

    I disagree, the less effort the better. The path of least resistance will alway be less effort. Effort is meaningless in the real world. Results, performance and efficiency are what matters. 2 software engineers can put in 1 hour of “effort” if one is more efficient they will produce more.

  • @Pongwise
    @Pongwise2 күн бұрын

    @@andybsg2802 okay sure I understand what you’re trying to say. I’m talking about effort as in “focused intention”. If 2 people wake up and 1 person scrolls social media right away and the other goes for a walk outside in the sun (like mentioned in the video), who used more effort but also conserved more energy? Also, if your mindset is to go the path of least resistance, life will be harder, sometimes in a very subtle way, depending on your awareness.
