  I also have pain in kidney on off ....and once I had terrible pain in left kidney and went to emergency but doctors not able to find anything in x-rays scan ....and the pain was so sharp originating from abdomen to back .....so doctor assumed kidney problems maybe an infection or stones ....so I took medicine for kidney infection and stones ....and pain slowly reduced .....its over several months now ..I avoid any fruits or vegetables with lots of small seeds ...drink lot of fluids ...avoid salt ....sugar ...and oil ...and reduced masalas ....boiled steam food is the best food ....don't worry sister take good care of yourself and take all medical help ....you will get cured ....resilience is the key ....after a rainfall we can watch the rainbow in the sky .....only you yourself can take care of yourself the best ...love yourself...do the best you can for yourself ...eat healthy ...live well stay positive stay happy

  That vegetable is very good for health special make juice it's very good that's called loge you have to ask doctor that raw vegetables and tomatoes but in USA peoples used to say can't so please ask doctor but don't upset people like you that is why they give you advice too even me l love you and your husband so l am giving you advice please ask doctors thanks 🙏
