  my windows handle is anti-clockwise close, I want it to be clockwise. How do I reverse it? I have got the new left handed handle, I cannot seem to make it work. thanks

  Having the lock exposed by half an inch from the door handle is a major security red flag. Burglars can snap the lock.

  How do you stop it being opened from the outside, don't even need to use a screw driver my kids can turn the whole thing from outside the bathroom.

  Perhaps you could change the listing to door handle not lock, it would have saved me watching the whole thing before finding out you weren’t going to change the lock? (Which is the bit I needed to know)

  Hi, I have an important question: is there a device or method to keep the releasable hinge always pressed? It is extremly annoying to have the windows locked every time.

  What size hex key removes the handles from the shaft.... also.. you can get in these doors in under a minute ... hit the handle at the sides it will snap the mould inside the handle where the 2 retaining screws are. Put ya crush bar over the barrel.. snap then insert door control lever... easy peasy...👍

  They do not lock your door, the latch is prevented from retracting that is all. So easy to gain entry via slipping the latch.

  I had one of these on my front door (the gold one) it allows people to leave and lock the door without a key, like the old Yale pull lock, but they have to lift it after pulling in this instance if I remember correctly.
