  I have aspect of Momus but can't upgrade it yet (working on it). Do you still recommend this aspect over a fully upgraded Melinoe for special builds? I guess so since you are only using special so even the little bit of extra power is more valuable than Melinoe's aspect, right?

  You're leaving a lot of damage on the table. Your first attack should be an omega. Get that 30% buff from arcana. And always keep using your cast. Get that cast damage bonus going. Posidon special + hestia's cast + slip + posi hest duo is absolutely busted. Getting that Hestia cast gets the two curse effect thing going. Also get demeter's sprint for just another way to throw a debuff onto an enemy. This build melted Kronos in about 20 seconds

  Secound impossible jump is possible (at least Ive done it once), but an enemy needs to be tightly hugging a wall and his hitbox needs to be big (I did it to 10 stacks chogath)

  i saw both runs. i think the poseidon build is better. the splash damage effect alone will help kill trash faster. and the leggo king tide makes it stronger on bosses. just my 2 cents

  The golden Petals lead you to the tree at 19:14 activate the tree and it'll show you where everything is, saves a ton of time

  The skull is almost broken. The omega special in particular My first Chronos kill was with basic skull but two hammers on special and two Chaos boon for special damage.

  Hammers are also guaranteed. Not necessarily right off the bat, but over the course of the run you are guaranteed 2 (unless you intentionally keep avoiding them) The only way I've found to get more is if you get lucky enough to get one right before Echo then repeat it.

  I saw on other video of your you had kinda like a book for looking into all the boon of a god, in fact you could even see which boon were requested to unlock the legendary boon, so i had a question was that something from the game ? if so where can i find it plz ? or was it an editing you made on your video, because i tried to look in game but didn't found something like that or i must have missed it.

  Can you try it out with aspect of pan maxed out. It should do similar if not better. You could probably get even more damage with keepsake ring giving you a good hammer but I suppose wearing the ring that gives you more damage per encounter is better for pure dps

  I prefer to take the Aromatic Phial at least after the first area, it allows you to restore more health before getting your second and also activate immediately cause you can switch to it and drink before starting the next one. Also, you can more easily target the one that will turn heroic this way cause you can keep taking rare or higher until you get a good normal one and only after getting it, switch to the aromatic keepsake and use the fountain.

  Poseidon might be better for knives, but for the melinoe aspect torch special spam, aphrodite is sooooooooo much better, but mostly because the waves don't proc on every hit (bug? intended? idk)

  Not having all your boon slots filled significantly increases the number of potential boons the game will try to give you. If you have these filled, you’re much more likely to get tier 2 (boons that you get after fulfilling 1 requirement) or tier 3 boons (duo/infusion/legendary). Origination is an incredibly powerful arcana card that I feel will be a must-have for high level runs. 50% flat damage buff for applying status curses. Getting Slip on Poseidon’s special and Apollo’s sprint to apply daze would make a huge difference. Plus you can get Apollo’s tier 2 boon that makes daze inflicted enemies take backstab damage. Alternatively Demeter has two status curses that both can be applied by her cast.

  In the first game you could get two or three legendaries, if you met their requirements. I don't think that's going to change. But it's hard.

  I like this editing style far more, starting with showcase build is very nice, then showing the important bits of the run building it. You get the information across fast and it doesnt take me 50 min to see the whole thing or try to skip and find the bits where they get what they need + your comentary explaining whats happening and how things work is very nice. Keep this going!

  Wonderful build. If it works like Hades 1, you should definitely put on the keepsake for your main god first. The hammer at the start is random, and the game has a script to show it later at specific points if you don’t have it. Hammer start is just random. The keepsake will just make it so that if the door/start has a boon, it will be that god until you pick up a boon from them. You can also test this, if that starting seed has an attack and special and sprint as the 3 picks, it will show you whichever god’s equivalent of those 3. Also, after your first god try to fill the pool asap. It’s looking like this game will offer 3 rather than 4 unlike Hades one (except for example you buy one in the shop while there’s a door there that has a different god. Or you force one later with keepsakes.) But until you fill those gods, you’re more likely to get a random god on the door than Poseidon. The random boon bag will also offer only the 3 gods you picked if you have already filled them. Definitely fill up your MAIN slots from other gods as long as they don’t mess with your build. You’re more likely to keep getting boon picks to fill that empty sprint and cast slots (again, if this is like Hades 1, usually at least one of your 3 picks will be something to fill a main slot). But if they’re already filled then you won’t have to worry about it. I think this helps you save rolls. In this case, I would only roll hard to get Poseidon stuff, while just filling your main boon slots with the other gods (the slots that are always visible on the left.)

  I'm pretty sure you can get more than 1 legendary per run. I don't see why you couldn't. You could in hades 1 and you could get multiple duo boons. I've gotten 3 or 4 in multiple runs. I'm not sure about hades 2, but in 1 duo boons were better plus they were way easier to get.

  I would just put on a gods keepsake. That way you get the boon you want quicker and you can can increase the rarity. You're going to get a hammer eventually. If it's like hades 1, you're guaranteed to see 2 hammers every run. Even if you use a keepsake to get a God, the god remains in your God pool for the rest of the run. If you start the game without a god keepsake, get 3 gods, and then put one on, that will be your 4th God and you won't see any different gods after that. They count the God you get whether it's from a keepsake or not. I'm pretty sure even if you have 4 and force a 5th one, the 5th one will be in your God pool just like the other 4. I could be wrong about that one but I know if you have 3 and get the 4th one from a keepsake, those will be the 4 in your pool for the rest of the run unless you force one. But yeah, with hammers, that's why if you watch anybody, they put a gods keepsake on to guarantee they get the boon they want asap bc the hammer will show up eventually and you aren't guaranteed to see the god you want. Plus you won't have to keep resetting. Even with the keepsake you could see the hammer first.

  Just ran this build and yes, you can get more than one legendary in one run, I got both King Tide and Exceptional Talent in a doble room in Tartarus right before the fight with Chronos. Busted damage, literaly one full phase per special. I also got Hera in the build by accident but it was ok bc her cast last longer

  Sick video. But a lot of corrections of how the game works as a lot of your comments are close but are incorrect on how the game works. You have the same likelihood of seeing a hammer before hecate with a gods keepsake or without it. If you are not wearing a gods keepsake you will have the same probability of seeing a random god. It is the same as in hades 1 edit: A few more corrections on how the game works 1) You can get multiple legendary boons 2) You can only get 4 gods in your god pool, if you only have 3 gods in your god pool and do not have a gods keepsake on, then any remaining gods can be offered to be your 4th god 3) Leaving on a gods keepsake does not increase likelihood of seeing the god, but it will increase the chance of the rarity of a boon from the god if you have used the keepsake's trigger Edit 2: god pool is only 3, incorrect about the 4 God pool

  I don't think you can get 4 Gods without forcing a keepsake, it was like that in Hades, but in all my runs in Hades 2 I only ever got 3 different gods. I am absolutely sure about that.

  @@thesenate8268 im absolutely certain that in my games so far (about 70 nights) I have never gotten more than 3 different gods offered, after I picked my first 3. Have you actually checked, or are u just assuming from Hades 1? Maybe it's just a back in my savefile.

  @@Feraldokcan confirm, never got offered more than 3 gods (hermes doesnt count) in a single run I have 200+ nights, its literally not possible organically unless you force it with keepsakes.

  Poseidon is pretty much the go too on this build since u dont have to activate close up damage, a consistent fast build is poseidon spec + slip + hestia cast for origination then hunt for their duo ( steam) . A lot of hammers work here but mainly the 16 knives and backstab hammers

  i always go for Aphro boons. Aphro's special grants around %370 ish damage when it is heroic and pommed up. It is just insane.
