Once every blue moon. They hold water in their stems and roots. Likes to be root bound in well draining soil. And like snake plants, water sparingly.

I have a stem cutting rooted & 2 leaves rooted(simalar to your water props) in water prop. At what time do i put them in soil & can they all go in the same pot?

Namastē, mēṁ zz chōḍanī dāṇḍīnō pracāra karavā māṭē kō'īpaṇa mūḷanā hōrmōnanō upayōga karyō nathī. Tē'ō sārī rītē chāyāvāḷā vistāramāṁ sārī rītē vr̥d'dhi pāmē chē. Hi, I didn't use any rooting hormone in propagating the stems of zz plants. They grow well in well shaded area.

No. Let it dry out and even then wait for at least a week. I water mine every 4-6 weeks.
