I have a big stomach and lots of extra skin because i weighed 326 a year and a half ago, im down to 250 and have pretty nice arm gains from lifting my 26 pound dunbell (now i only do 20 pounds for some reason) and my forearms are muscular but my bicep only looks muscular from the side and back but from a top down angle my biceps are a lot smaller than my elbow and forearm, whichj I want to fix, and also I want to decrease my belly size! any advice that could help motivate me to do situps (which hurt my back and i suck at them) or other workouts that could help my arms, back, and stomach.

I started lifting at the gym a year ago today. I was sad and skinny - passed up by women and ignored by my co-workers for having no physical presence. Now senior colleagues complement my physique openly in the office, I feel more attractive than ever before, made a female friend, and am addicted to the grind. Friend of mine showed me zyzz's videos and I felt like I was a character discovering an ancient prophecy that is my job to fulfill by going to the gym and never giving up on myself, never allowing failure. Always go forward, even if its just one step forward at a time, because the alternative is not getting the life you deserve. May zyzz always protect us from weakness and always be a reminder of our inner strength still dormant within. We're all gonna make it brahs.

10 years ago i remember everyone at school was talking about him. We were a group of highschool kids playing cod in ventrilo nonstop then one of my mates showed us this zyzz guy and we were hooked instantly. We started going to the gym together, pumping hardstyle became a religion, you could hear my mates car from 2 kms away blasting w&w - alpha. We started going out more to festivals, to clubs. A complete 180. This guy had this outlandish charm and it was almost like while everyone was stuck in their heads this guy had it all completely figured out. I wish i could go back

I'm drunk as I type this coment so forgive me for mispelling. As someone who used to be 300+lbs and got down to 165. I love you all, and I cherish you and the unbreakable bond we have for working out and fitness. IT is not easy losing weight, it is not easy eating right, it is not easy doing the right things for your body. But we are all here, for one reason, for one common goal. And that is to improve upon ourselves in ways that most only dream of, in ways that most only have delusions of grandure about. I believe in you even if you wont. I will always belive in you, forever and always. You have it within you a great spirit that desires to be unleashed, I know what that feeling is like, I know that pain, that hurt, that uncomfortableness to look into the mirror and see only disgust. You can do it. You can all do it! If I can I know sure as hell you can! Believe in yourself. Please,

It's weird being nostalgic for a something I wasn't a part of at the time.
47:35 I was mindlessly listening to music, working out. and then this kicks in and did more reps!!! WE ALL GONNA MAKE IT BRAH!
i swear when im benching my last the day, i always picture him yelling at me for one more rep. i never met the man and came across him shortly before he passed… but yet he still pushes me, in a good way. working out changed my life
Brennan Heart & Coone ft. Max P - Fight For Something is my fav 30:37
I mean I was always considered a freak in my family piers. I couldn't help that I was different. I tried acting like they did and it made feel even more shit. I tried offing myself one night. I've been struggling with mental issues almost my whole life. But then coming across the legacy of Zyzz. Now I am going to the gym and have a stable relationship. Zyzz showed me all i needed to live happily is spread my wings of freedom and take flight. Despite everyone telling me to stay on the ground. FOREVER MIRIN BRAH. THIS IS A REVOLUTION BRAH. THE MYTH THE LEGEND ZYZZ. Show them angels how to become and Absolute unit. Thank you for saving my life Zyzz
Pumping iron felt so weird without this BEATS blasting my Eardrums!!!!!
I stopped training at 16 due to a personal accident which left me traumatized. After 20 years I returned to training. These past two years have been the best in my life. Trauma handled better, physical issues such as asthma handled better, attitude formed (and keeps forming) under the notions that I will have to give my all no matter what. gym community is the best community I've ever found. Thank you grind bros and sisters!
Zyzz is a legend! Hope you are doing fine buddy.

as an australian, going to the gym, I've always heard of zyzz and never knew anything about him, for the past few years, I've seen clips and decided to find some info about him, and I've been a big listener ever since, and to know he was a fellow aussie near my home state is very shocking, R.I.P to the man, THE LEGEND, The Myth and the G.O.A.T of fitness
Not gonna lie I was the really skinny guy who was made fun of being skinny but didn't give a fuck to change but then I saw these Zyzz videos and it gave me some motivation to start my journey to become better and now here I am feeling much better and stronger than I was, I'm not gonna stop until I get my dream physique.Thank you Zyzz you are that one person who I will never meet but changed my life.
zyzz is truly an inspiration. even if he's long gone, he'll always be living in my mind and my heart till i rot. thinking of him as i do my sets in the gym made me go from 96 kg, to 82 kg. we're all gonna make it brahs

Just a little story from me If you´re interested in It. I started working out in 2008 November, I smashed all my workouts, I am looking good but with Covid I gained too much pounds back from all this sitting and doing nothing. Plus all the negativity from the world all this degeneracy in this tiktok gifs and what not, I was literally in my second depression. And then, from nothing I saw all this KZread Videos coming up with Zyzz reborn and a lot of people who are thinking like I do "In which pussy generation are we living in?" I am writing this comment to my best friend Christoph who passed away in the end of 2020, we were driving to the gym with Zyzz Megamix Hardstyle music and just wanted to live life. I do this for you, I do this for Zyzz, I do this for me and most important I do this for the world! Get stronger people! Being weak is okay, staying weak is NOT! We´re all going to make It!
Restarted training this morning after too many years and the first thing that I needed was some Zyzz music. Got me up and pumping. My muscles feel weak af but I know the end goal. May we never forget you Zyzz.

Don't quit on Zyzz, he's smiling down on your grind.
I play this when I've dug myself into the deepest part of the paincave, and it's the most amazing feeling. Little bit of Zyzz lives on in all of us
When I listen to this playlist, I stop counting reps. I do it until I drop them weights.. Keep grinding bruvs!

Kind of same. Is it better to do every exercise until complete failure ? Or is counting reps better for muscle growth?

@@robertnagy3942 I kinda more like my every set to be till faliure, because I enjoy the feeling of not being able to finish the rep. And also, it gives me a real picture of my progress
@fabztau1996

@@robertnagy3942 counting reps is better than doing every exercise to total failure. If you start going to failure early on in your workout, your later exercises will be failing earlier than if you were to ration your energy out properly - thus minimizing your muscle growth. Going to failure is good, but not for every exercise. You'll just make yourself weaker for the next set.

@@fabztau1996 yeah I got a proper plan since that comment and I do mostly 5x5 , 4x8 and 4x12 sets, and one 5x10 for one particular exercise

Absolutely love these tracks, the pumps in the gym be crazy while listening to this. when I feel I am close to failure I get huge burst of energy to keep me pushing those last reps out
Zyzz always saved my life from depression. And now, i'm starting to workout and planning to join in powerlifting competition, hope to meet another new friends.
My playlist every single time
Day 1 of me working out at home listening to this music. I got Covid and Tuberculosis on 2021 I recovered around 2022 March, my Stamina was drastically decreased because of the two disease resulting on my weak lungs. Tbh, the T.B came back to me again on 2021, I thought I was free from it after I finished taking meds at 2016. Gotta prepare myself incase It came back again whether to finish it's business or to weaken me again, I also started to bike to help build up my stamina more. Also, I'd say that my body is a bit average and a bit low now, I weight 40kg when I was still trying to recover, those two fcked me up lol. Now I'm 64kg, really excited to see the outcome. I'm happy to join the Grind.
I have a friend who was born with only one hand and he learned to live with it. He enjoys swimming and his handicap didn't hold him back from his passion. He trained very hard and made it to the world championship in june. He won the silver medal and I am very proud of him. I was always inspired by him and his lifestyle and I try to get the most of my body too just like him. I go to the gym for about half a year now and changed my diet to become healthier. I am starting to see results and I am proud of myself just as I am in my friend. Just remember brahs were all gonna make it regardless of what's holding us back. Stay safe brahs💪
