    Great race. The added TDF atmosphere is really nice as well. The aquaduc created a big split in the bunch. Almost a podium finish after that great sprint.

    I was in this race and got popped with around 3k to go, still building back from COVID (4th time) but I felt it was defo a little harder than regular category selection in mixed B’s and like you, I found it more of a constant pressure. It was fun and look forward to seeing how it plays out with some data to review. Great racing with you 💥

    Coming back from COVID is so hard 🥲 and yeah I'm not sure if it was just that race specifically but it definitely felt like it was a consistent pace the entire time and those last few kms really ramped up! The intestines are always hard...

    I race 2-3 days a week, and zone 2 the other days. I haven't lifted any weights in a while! I do some body weight work when I remember...I'd like to get back to lifting weights but haven't had time. I bet it would help!
