Would this system be an appropriate or good choice for a basement walkout? I need a larger drain at the bottom of my exterior basement steps.If it is appropriate what corresponding zurn drain would be best. A 4 in pipe and this drain would connect to my interior sump pump runnning below grade under my basement door

Thank you for your question, Geoffrey. If the area is not going to see any car traffic, we recommend the Z415, available in strainer sizes 5" to 10". Also, our light commercial line FR05NIP4S is an option that could be solvent welded to PVC. This product is also available in strainer sizes 5" to 10".
