14.4 volt is the best for LA C10, C20 battery. 14.4 to 14.7 is normal, lakin 14.7 se jada volt hone se battery kharap ho jati hai.

Yes, 4 sq mm dc wear se maximum 18 to 20 amp current passing hota hai. 2* 180 watt panels parallel connection se maximum 18 to 19 amp current generation hoga or series connection se maximum 9 amp current generation hoga.
