I wash my face with warm water in the shower, then use a facial cleanser and then use colder water but not super cold after on my hair and my face while I'm in the shower and then I get out and wash my face again with warm water and cleanser in the sink and then I and then I wash my face with cold water in the sink and then I put moisturizer all over my face and then I put Vaseline all over my face and then I go to sleep and when I wake up my face is all smooth and moisturized because the Vaseline keeps the moisture in all night. I also drink water before I go to bed and shrink lots of water during the day

People need to understand that acne is something that you cannot completely put an end to, it only ends when hormone levels go back to normal (after puberty). Acne is like cancer, you can put or eat whatever, it will decrease yes. but it won’t change the fact that you still have it.

No matter what consistent routine I do for my skin, my acne just doesn’t go away, been 7 years like this. I hate my skin so much. 😒
