You all realise that Zuma still receives his presidential fee till the day he dies. That we the tax payers pay for. Thus we the tax payers are paying for both Zuma defence and the states cases against him. This is all a joke and a lie.

Mpofu doesn't make sense to me. He's talking bulls*** as usual! How can Maughan and Downer even be called accused when there is no prosecution yet???? His argument about accused before court having been arrested incorrectly or unlawfully still sitting in the dock is a completely fallacious and ridiculous comparison to this matter: it's simply not a prosecution FFS!! On and on he goes... YAWN YAWN. How can they talk about a private prosecution when Zuma's dismissed application to bring it is what he's applying for leave to appeal against. Very confusing this whole matter actually 🤔.

I now see that you're indeed confused 😂😂😂, let me help you brother, this court has jst said the case op private prosecution is proceeding now, after its has made a ruling. In any courts of this land, there has never be any law, in criminal procedures, that's says a case could continue in the absence of accused in the Dock, where any accused sit, I hope now u get it my fried😂😂😂

The special people expect the law to be applied differently towards them contrary to what it is stipulated in the acts, statutes and court regulations

The law continues to be rewritten in courts and not through parliamentary processes in order to favour the special people of South Africa
