Recipe and ingredients:
Hello friends!
Make small grooves with a fork
Cut 2 zucchini
salt and black pepper
Mix
Leave on for 15-20 minutes
Grate 100 gr
1 teaspoon of parsley
1 teaspoon of paprika
3 eggs
mix well

50 g flour and mix well
Dredge zucchini in flour with breadcrumbs
Then in egg mixture with cheese

They seasoned zucchini in a bowl instead of a plate....wouldn't have to mix them if they had more room to lay them out. No way all that got mixed on all the zucchini..I wouldn't think.

Just me I'd spread the slices out initially to salt and pepper, or put the salt and pepper in the eggs or the flour mixture so it would be distributed more evenly Thanks for the video

@@nicolehernandez5146 I doubt it's parmesan. The way it grates and those grated "noodles" look, I'd go for more moist cheeses, like gouda or cheddar and the like

This is quite a lot of ingredients but sounds delicious I make mine with cooking oil not olive oil also I put the zucchini in flour then egg and I put salt and pepper in the egg before I use it It comes out delicious also and not as fattening or too rich because of the oil. I have tried bread crumbs also. I put the zucchini in beaten egg then bread crumbs it comes out delicious also I will try this recipe sounds good Thank you 🙏

Думаю что неплохо. Но зачем говорить, что это вкуснее мяса? С мясом и рядом не лежало. И еще: столько подсолнечного масла в них! Хотя бы на бумажное полотенце после обжарки положили, чтобы убрать лишнее. Да, а зачем кабачата скрести вилкой, я так и не поняла?

Try slicing them in half lengthwise, scoop the seeds out with a teaspoon and discard. Scoop out some of the flesh with the teaspoon but, leave enough of a shell that they'll hold their shape when cooked. Chop the flesh finely and mix it with a favourite meatball recipe. Stuff the shells with the mixture, shaping it to about the same shape as a whole zucchini, sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oiled oven dish till golden and meatball mix is cooked. Serve with a salad. Leftovers are good cold too. One of my favourites.

Hello from America! Thank you for this wonderful recipe! I added a few crushed garlic cloves to the cheese and egg mixture and squirted some lemon juice when it was done cooking. Mine didn't come out as pretty as your did but it was delicious! Do you have any tips for me that the coating stick better to the zucchini? Continue your good work! Your video in straightforward and precise. You don't show us how to cut every slice of the courgette, nor how to break all the eggs etc. Some videos show far too much detail. Thanks for that. Parmesean cheese has a sharp taste, since zucchinis are bland, you can only assume that it is parmesan.

I have been eating zucchini all of my almost 70 years, cooked many ways, including breaded and fried. I love them but I promise you, it Isn't "better than meat"! And I am a vegetable lover.

Tomasz Kowalski, excellent advice. Once I saw the cover, "Oh, No!" I said. The cover does not allow the steam to escape and the crispiness is gone.
