2 zucchini.
Salt. Black pepper.
Grate the zucchini well.
Leave for 15-20 minutes.
3 eggs.
Cheese 100 gr / 3.5 oz.
Italian herbs.
Red paprika.
Breadcrumbs 100g / 3.5oz.
Flour 50g / 1.8oz.
Olive oil.
Fry covered over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Turn over and cook covered over low heat for 5 minutes.
1 egg.
Cook until done.
3 pickled cucumbers.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 3 tablespoons.
2 garlic.
Dill.

1 zucchini.
2 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Basil.
Mozzarella cheese 100 gr.
Mix well.
2 garlic.
Olive oil.
4 tomatoes.
Dill.
03 RECIPE 07:30
4 zucchini.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
2 eggs.
Breadcrumbs 4 tablespoons.
Red paprika.
Dried garlic 1 teaspoon.
Black pepper.
Oregano 1 teaspoon.
Parmesan cheese (optional).
Flour 2 tablespoons.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon (optional).
1 garlic.
Dill.
04 RECIPE 10:29
Rice 1/2 cup.
Rinse in water.
Water 1 glass / 230 ml.
Cook the rice until done.
2 zucchini.
Salt 1.5 teaspoon.
Mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
1 leek.
1 carrot.
Olive oil.
Fry vegetables over medium heat.
1 garlic.
Fry for another 2 minutes.
The rice is ready!
Add fried vegetables.
Squeeze the juice out of the zucchini.
3 eggs.
Add to vegetables and rice.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Black pepper.
Dried dill and parsley.
Mix well.
Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons.
Flour 6 tablespoons.
Add flour gradually.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
05 RECIPE 14:36
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 carrot.
2 zucchini.
Salt. Black pepper.
Cook vegetables for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Flour 3 tablespoons.
Water 4 tablespoons.
1 egg.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Salt.
Add prepared vegetables to the dough.
Olive oil.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

i do this often but first flour, then the eggmix and then panko, that makes them very very crispy and since i hate dill i use chives but this is no critic. love your recipe and i am on of your subscribers

I believe she is using “Cousa” squash, it’s very similar to zucchini. Growing up , I had neighbors that planted a huge garden. They sold their Cousa to a local supermarket.
This appears to be a very good recipe. I tried to write it all down, skimpily, due that there was no voice or written instructions, especially the ingredients. I will try it with what info I could get and let you know. I am an old person, still cook a lot but not as fast writing as I used to be.

oh nooo, not white flour!! I'd use chick pea flour.😊no white bread for me...I would have to make home made bread crumbs from a good wheat bread.

I love zucchini and most of your recipe. It appears though that you put a large quantity of salt on both sides of the strips and the cheese undoubtedly contains a fair amount as well. People who struggle with high blood pressure and water weight must be careful here as there are no safety guidelines attached to the posted recipe.

Nothing is “tastier” than meat. Meat is “tastier” than nothing. Meat tastes like meat, and vegetables taste like vegetables. Both good at what they do, but neither can be what the other is. Hope this recipe is super good.
