Las verduras son muy saludables y tú receta es buena. La elaboración es la que no lo es tanto, pues tiene mucho aceite y te quedaron muy gruesas. Si les pones muy poco aceite es mejor con la grasa del queso es suficiente, si las dejas más delgadas la cocción queda perfecta.
