For dinner I made a delicious zucchini and cottage cheese casserole! It makes a delicious and low-calorie dinner. Eat as much as you want and you won't gain weight!
The casserole can be made for dinner or even lunch. My favorite recipe!

Cut 250 - 300 grams of young zucchini.
Mix:
180 grams of cottage cheese,
300 grams of Greek yogurt,
3 eggs
salt, spices to taste,
Dry garlic, peppers.
Grate 130 grams of cheese.
Add 100 grams of cheese to the curd mixture,
Leave 30 grams of cheese for sprinkling.
Form 16x20 cm, grease the parchment with oil.
Pour the quark mixture and zucchini into the mold in layers.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
Finally bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Leave the casserole in the switched off oven for 30 minutes.
Let the casserole rest on a wire rack for 1 hour to stabilize.
