(from a Kings fan who like Klay Thompson) Klay said off season that Murray is one person you can't lose sight with on the court. Looking at this one play, ( 0:51) and knowing that the Kings wanted to establish physicality from tip off, I can understand why Klay missed his shots - Kerr pointed that ouy at post conference. Klay also knew he wasn't able to defend Keegan one-on-one, that's why he was pissed at Green (again) and Wiggins with the poor help defense. He was mad about it during playoffs last season - especially leaving Keegan wide open to shoot (game 6 especially). Personally, I think Klay should go to the Magic - they have a young team with high defensive IQ and can show up on help defense to help Klay use more energy on shooting. Because it's not going to happen with the Warriors if that team doesn't improve on defense.

not sure what the future holds for klay, dray and steph. but its been fun being a warriors fan the last decade. i literally remember being in my highschool html class in 2013 making a warriors fanpage saying they were the next dynasty lmao. I think Klay really needs a change of scenery. There's been some real bad juju around this team for the last two seasons. The Warriors need to move Klay and Dray for young talent/strong role players and start the rebuild. Kerr is a good enough coach to get a young team led by Steph back into contention before he's washed. And speaking of washed, the CP3 trade was such a head scratcher, although Poole has done his level best to make it look like the Warriors won that trade. It really felt like a panic move, and I would want that one back if I was a Warriors fan. Maybe they should look at a new GM before making moves this summer? 🤔

If Klay wants to stay, I'm perfectly fine with him staying but he has to realize that he needs to take a step back. I'm sure the Warriors would be willing to work something out as a player coach Adre Iguodala type of role but it depends entirely on what Klay wants for himself. Will never abandon a brother in hard times!!!!!!

I been a Warriors fan since 2012 and it is sad to see the Curry Klay and Dray era has come to the end. ATP It’s time to break up the big three and we need a roster retool because we can’t let Steph last good years go to waste we have to put another allstar caliber player along side him at least.

I just feel sad that we went out in a game where we didnt look like the way we were playing the last 20 games of the season. I dont know if its just getting outcoached or what but warriors looked so clueless

For a while in this game, I was still thinking that they needed to switch out Klay and give Moody a bit more time. But they went back to their old ways. All of the good vibes and what worked in the last 10 games totally gone. However, after thinking about it for a while, we kind of already knew that even if Warriors beat the kings, were they really going to beat the Pelicans? And then make a deep playoff run? I would have loved to say yes! But I'm not that delusional and gotta face the facts. It has been a great run, and I'd rather see them lose while all on the court together, than lose while Klay sits on the bench. I do feel bad for Klay though. He seemed like he finally found some peace. But in this game, it wasn't just him. All of the vets felt like they were playing out of pocket. They looked like they were sped up, and we can list any number of reasons. In the end, I was watching this with the mindset that it could possibly the last of this great run with these players. And all things have to come to an end. I look forward to see what happens in the off season. I am also very excited for the young guys that we have on this team moving forward. :)

We need moody starting next season. Develop Trace and BP. Pickup some bigs and wing defenders. Establish a second scorer (KJ or Moody) . Klay, bench role. Trade Wiggs for a better SF/PF. Dray and Steph be better next season. GSW for life.
