@3:49 This is what makes a great coach for ANY sport. Athletes should never fear making mistakes cuz they're inevitable in any sport. Mistakes should be discouraged of course, but not punished so much so that athletes are scared to perform.

He hit fine in 12U. Maybe a swing change or his body is growing faster than his pace to adjust to it. Lots of kids struggle during this time frame due to puberty.

I would really like to join the team im 5'9 and average 75 to 78 but i can throw over 80

These kids are SUPER FLUID!! I was a Tier 1 athlete... All these guys are Tier 1... even if some are late birthday and 8th grade 13U's... still very athletic!!

13U using USSSA bats what a joke..in my area 13U is when you go to BBCOR. Why let them play in tournaments that let them us those stupid bats at all.
