A quick test on the zoom iQ7 on my maton acoustic guitar, trying to see if there’s any difference compared to an iPhone built in mic.
I also compared in the 90° and 120° settings.
To my surprise, I thought the iPhone mic was pretty good on this test.
I personally liked the 120° setting.

I’ve been a long time iQ5 user and I’m very happy with iQ7. It’s a great little mic that improves your recordings. I usually use this mic when I just feel like recording my guitar casually.

最初はiPhoneのマイクとの比較です。
次にステレオ90°と120°の比較をしました。
iPhoneのマイクも中々良くて驚きました。でもヘッドフォンやスピーカーから聞くと違いは分かります。個人的には120°の設定が好みです。
長い間ずっとiQ5を使っていましたが、iQ7も大変良いと思います。Zoomに限らず、このような小型マイクはお勧めです。僕はギターのレコーディングで気軽に、でもしっかりした音で撮りたい時に使ってます。
