Its very rosey now but trust me after a booking or two, you will be very disappointed with the way things work- lack of co-ordination and customer suffers and pays the blunt. I have sent an email regarding my experience 4 days ago, sadly haven't received a call nor an email justifying the inconvenience- Way to go ZOOM CAR

Video is good.... good piece from a cinematography perspective but i found the soundtrack to me non-engaging. Found myself forwarding through the video to find a punchy section that never came. Dosent have recall value.

I wish the service was also as good as this ad film. Zoomcar just ruined a long anticipated trip. If you are going to hire, expect to be totally disappointed by the inconsiderate way they handle customers. After wasting my money and a lot of time over calls to customer care, I don't really think I am going back to this service again. Too sad that this comes from a 'Privileged Customer'.

My refund is due for the ride completed on 18th August 2020 of JPS6N0KLW. It is now more than 75 days no refund! There is no one to execute this refund that is done normally within 24 hours. With this pathetic condition zoomcar should close all these financial backlogs and stop spending on heavy advertising. That all your departments are at its worst! Really shocking!
