He refused to help a seriously injured fellow villager just because they hadn't money to pay him. That's not how a good Doctor is suppose to do, he should be fired and charged for letting them to die!

The part when he just sat on his bed next to his dad, that made me so sad, I feel rlly bsd for the villager despite the things he did.
