Azok biztosan Emerson, Lake & Palmer fanok.

So this is the original of the "The Barbarian" by Emerson, Lake & Palmer.

Bartók is a legend, probably the biggest name is Hungarian music in the 20th century. You definitely know him

@@csabaszabo8624 I really want to get better acquainted with Bartók's music. So far so good. Still not taking the No 1 spot from langos and gulash on my top 3 of my favourite things from Hungary.

Kocsis was always a solid Bartókian, but I feel he uses too much rubato to accommodate technical difficulties.

Wait until you hear Bartók himself play his own pieces: rooted in 19th-century romantic pianistic sensibilities almost to a tee. Bartók is not the soulless, dry academic composer some people make him out to be. I also suggest you look into the history and usage of rubato throughout time - I'm positive that you won't find it being described as a device used to "accommodate technical difficulties".

@@Kris9kris I know Bartok uses rubato. But not like this (in his more motoric playing like in Allegro Barbaro). It's hard to know whether they do it for a real expressive reason, as a mannerism, or just as a technical convenience. We tend to assume they must always have a "deep, expressive reason". Regardless, it's no big deal, especially if the musicianship is so high otherwise.
