This is great. Do you mind adding mins to jump for particular section?
Its helpful, but it could be a lot better. I am from the UK, I find it difficult at certain points to understand what is being said due to the heavy accent. For instance with the option card I could not ascertain what the difference was between that and the button card even after playing it several times. The sound quality could be better, there are breaks in the sound.
Thank you for this overview. I have one serious issue that I hope you can give me a workaround on. The "Associate Contact" card correctly connects to Zoho CRM and finds any contacts that exist for the visitor on the site. However, it the visitor session has a name (e.g. Joe Sweeney) this full name value automatically overwrites the CRM contact's last name. For example, if you have a contact in the CRM with first name "Joe" and last name "Sweeney", calling the Associate Contact block will corrupt the CRM name to first name "Joe" and last name "Joe Sweeney." This renders the Associate Contact useless for any practical implementations. Can this be fixed?
