this is a really good how to tutorial for setting up Zoho smoothly right from the beginning. much better content than all the other tutorials out there. quick and to the point with tips on how to make the applications integrate efficiently with each other. best one I've come across so far. thanks for the great content!

I have made so many mistakes on the setup after watching this that I just want to delete it all and start again. Actually is that an option?

My issue is with the contact card, I already created the layout that I want because there are alot of locked fields on the "standard layout" however I cannot seem to figure out how to make the layout I created be the layout used in my contacts. Do you have a video or way around this?

Hi Trezelle, You can make a default layout so that when you add a contact it always defaults to one specific layout. This article here and number "8" will explain it: help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/customize-crm-account/customizing-page-layouts/articles/page-layout-faq

Wow. This is probably the best Zoho tutorial I have seen! Thank you. For a few years, I have been trying to adopt Zoho fully. I've never taken advantage of the full Zoho One suite of apps (although I've paid for ZohoOne for a few years already.) ZohoMail is the only one I use every day. I've tried to use the other apps, but I'm always disappointed due to complexity, or just unattractive user interfaces. This video could be what finally helps cure the love / hate relationship.
