Reasonable price should be set by the organizers so that every persons of willingness can come and enjoy the music festival,in this way the popularity of Apatani Tribe too enhance. Too high price of ticket will definately discourage the people to come and nothing

I have been to Ziro years back & i really love the hard working and sincere nature of Apatani people...

If you are poor don't come to ziro festival....if you are middle class family then don't come either because most of the artist are unknown of this earth..

When the tourists arrive. Ticket price is not the only source of income. There are somany other sources by which they contribute to our ziro society as a whole when they use our services. So instead of just increasing the ticket price they should reduce it and try to attract more tourists which will inturn benefit a lot to the locals and promote inclusiveness. Even the tourists wont feel ripped off and have better experience. Try to interview the locals of ziro and see what they feel about it. Majority of us either dont care about it or feels like it is just exclusively for the outsiders.

I too was interested to go there but by looking at the price of the entry ticket i had to cancel it its too expensive...feels like its organised only for rich people....

I visited this festival 6 years ago it has now become a bourgeois spectacle that caters to westerners.

Eco-friendly festival? Selling of package process foods and drinks in the festival which is not good for the ecosystem. How it is eco-friendly? Used authentic way of fooding and drinking by using local made utensils. In this way you promote our true genuine local ways of living.

I learnt new word ~MIJIK~

I was there in June i enjoyed the landscape and mountains and enjoyed everything around it

Funds provided by the govt seems eaten by the organizer. the people were very less then the 2018 Zito festival. Also the Gaon buras should and local MLAs or zpm should have kept Ziro as greener like before. This time I visited it was all dust on roads and new construction buildings on paddy field. Felt sad seeing Ziro losing it's culture. Now it's all like any town in Arunachal with many tina N pakka grh.

This festival is mainly for outsiders or tourist. They only want to entertain tourist and outsiders who can spend lots of money and has lots of money. This festival is not for middle class or below middle class and local people. They really don't care about the middle class and local people. If the organisers really cared then atleast they would've either lower the ticket prices for the locals or even they can make it free for the locals so that the real owners of the land (i.e the local people) can ENJOY it. What's the benefit of having a music festival in your area when you can't even ENJOY it due to high prices. The student unions and all the other unions of the area should've intervened in this issue of high rates and had tried to make the prices eco friendly for all the visitors of this festival and especially for the local people. I would suggest to the organisers that kindly make the prices eco-friendly with the people. Don't let the people start boycotting the festival and forcefully make you lower the prices. It will happen sooner or later if this keeps continuing. Don't be GREEDY for money, instead let everyone enjoy the festival like a TRUE/REAL festival. Thank you !
