I bought the same for my son but everytime I put the simcard, it says no simcard so I think beter to send it back because it's useless to have a watch without the ability to call your kids with it. Does it hier work for anyone if yes please let me how you did, thanks

You have to put the simcard in a phone and the set 2G only. And you have to remove the PIN, because you can´t put it in....

Its says : unable to get the location information of the devices??

If sim card is not working. Switch off the watch, insert sim card. Restart the watch.

Can make calls to watch but unable to use video call or tracking through se2 app. Frustrating. Waste of money

Does anyone know what to do when it says that the sim isn't valid? If yes, please let me know! (And those who are having the same problem, i'll leave an edit saying how to fix it)

Tu le met puis tu le rallumes et sa doit marcher mais mets une 4g ou 5g

This watch is garbage. I bought one, it have no registration code. I cant register it, even cant adjust the time, cant make phone call, cant do nothing.

I think this watch works only 2G not 4g I put also simcard inside and have same problem

2 tane yeni saat aldim. Ikiside sim karti taninmiyo. Hem eski bir sim kart hemde yeni sim kart denedim. Geri iade edecegim artik. Cevabiniz icin tsk ederim.
