They play in SCISA 2A "South Carolina Independent School Association", which is a group of independent smaller private schools that play against each other for a state championship not affiliated with public schools, that is why you see the lack of competition in the teams he is playing.

Colleges will come see a guy play during the regular season, yeah, but what they REALLY care about is what you do during AAU season that's what truly gets you recruited
