Zio Patch Heart Monitor
1. Wear the monitor
Your healthcare provider will prescribe a Zio monitor. It will be applied to your chest during an office visit, or sent to your home for self-application.
2. Note any heart symptoms
If you feel anything that you think might be unusual, press the top of the Zio patch. Then briefly describe it in the provided symptom log booklet or on the MyZio mobile app.
3. Return the monitor by mail
After your prescribed wear time, simply remove the monitor and put your log booklet and monitor back in the same box it came in. Then drop it into any USPS mailbox.
4. Review the results with your doctor
iRhythm will analyze your heart data and generate a clear and complete report for your doctor, who can then make a diagnosis and create a care plan

My doctor prescribed me this for 14 days and im terrified. Showing bravery on the outside for the sake of my family but im really scared im only mid 30s

My cardiologist😢 put this on me yesterday for a 28 day study. I've had strokes in the past, hopefully this device shows nothing!!!!

Oh man i had heart palpitations this morning for 2 hours before my colonoscopy. Wasted a prep and now im wearing this. Cool vid i hope the other commenters have good health.

My 42 yr old friend whose Black was just diagnosed with acute CHF and was sent home with that and meds. Very very devastating. They told him his heart is only working 20% or so. Sounds like a death sentence. He was also told that he has Type 2 diabetes and HTN. SMH. Just yesterday we were kids. Now this! He went to the ER for SOB while resting and edema in the feet.
