AOA, I have followed a lot of recipes by you and they all turned out amazing! ❤️ I tried this today, however, when I coated chicken in dry mixture, it didn't turn flaky. I tried by best to follow each step, yet, it didn't turn out to be crispy since is all about its coating. Could you please guide where did I go wrong? Thank youuu ❤️

Did you use the same amount of oil shown? If yes, then it maybe that the coating was flattened due to the weight of the chicken because it wasn’t floating and pressed against the pan.

Dear, You probably could, but I wouldn't risk it because all the crispiness will loose. you can try freezing in airtight containers or heavy-duty freezer bags or wrap tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil. you must thaw in the fridge or microwave, and also remember fried chicken should be discarded if left for more than 2 hours at room temperature.❤
