Zindagi Baad A Maut book by Maulana Syed Abul-Ala Maududi - Audiobook
As-salamu alaykum Brothers and Sisters,
Please note that I have started a project to convert all famous Islamic books into Audio Books and upload them on YoutTube, Alhamdulilla we have already uploaded couple of books on below dedicated KZread Channel.
/ islamicaudiobooks
The main purpose of this project is to facilitate access to listen while driving or cooking at home. We all know that people are not reading books these days. This will be an alternative for them to read some of the best books available on Islamic topics. Insha Allah
Appeal: I'll be hiring paid voice-over volunteers to record remaining books.
You may contribute to this project by below online payment link.

Poorly argued on main point. 8:50 Maududi assumes that human do good to get something in reward. So, as there is no justice in this world, there has to be afterlife. This is very weak argument. First, assumption is not true. Sometime human behave in altruistically because it gives them pleasure. Dawkins tried to explain altruism by gene theory, there are other explanations too. Second, even if it was true, it would make argument just a wishful thinking. There is no reason to assume there is justice in world{meaning here or hereafter}

So if theres no consequences id want to do what ever makes me feel good? Should immorally do acts to injustice to the society for my personal gain? The point referred there was to used as a means of weighing down through you intellect of what it actually means to have an after life

@@saudiqbal4334 You have to think on societal level. We need laws enforced by state in atheist society as well as religious society as Maududi too agrees here. Difference is what do you base these law on. If the law is common, a selfish person too has agree to base it on selfish good of each person to avoid conflict and uprising. This make every action that trespass on wellbeing of other person illegal like theft, murder etc. This method only assumes that humans dont bear to suffer injustice without conflict. Long human history has shown this to be true. This last assumption is why Sharia will never realise. There shall forever be Dhimmis, woman and other minority who will not silently suffer injustice of islamic law.

@@saudiqbal4334 Yes that is true. Finding common good and implementing it is a long constant struggle. But I dont believe there is any other way.

@akshay rathore Sir, He donot assume that there is no justice in this world. You yourself are telling that "sometimes" humans behave altruistically. That means not all the time they behave in that way. Further he(modudi) talks about the reward of a person who did good deed in his life and some people took benefit in his life and some are taking benefits even after his death! What would be the reward of such a person? Before it , he gives an example of a person who has murdered thousands of people for his personal benefit or say for benefit of his nation (you can think of Hitler) . What can be the punishment of such a person? Or how can a person be punished in this world? Can his hanging/burning alive /stoning etc be justice to the people who he killed? The thing here is he is trying to explain afterlife and not justice or injustice here in this life!!
