Becks and Zizou - two classy men of football. Beckham might not have that elegant, classy first touch and skill of Zidane, but dude was a true professional as well as a fighter and hard worker during his time on the pitch, and not to mention his free kicks and passes were world class. Great footballers in their own respective ways.

I never thought at one point in being a football fan that we'd see the end of both Zidane and Becks. I used to genuinely look forward to the CL games on a Wednesday night watching these type of players and enjoying a few beers and a nice meal. The one thing that does inspire me is when testimonials can be organized to allow the legends to pull on a jersey and re-create the moments we otherwise took for granted.

First time I've ever heard Zidane speak English. OMG.

Beckham is so underrated man, i am french, grew up watching both, beckham was so close to winning the ballon d' or and equal Zizou. Beckham had his own style unfortunaltely his position on the pitch and his team wouldn't make him as successful as Zizou. Francrme would die for Zidane and that helped him. Beck's teammates in England wouldn't. I am.a huge Beckham fan. At his prime he was a monster.
