Kaya mo yan tol, hindi tayo ilalagay ng ating Lumikha sa sitwasyon na hindi natin kayang lagpasan. Magpaka tatag ka para sa sarili mo at sa mga kapatid mo at sa mom mo. And like you, may problema din ako, iba iba man tayo ng sitwasyon, pero gaya nga ng kanta ni Zild, huwag kang matakot harapin yung lungkot.

hwag matakot maramdaman ang sariling lungkot... okay malungkot pero di ibig sbihin magpapakababad dun diba? sadyang marirap ang buhay at magpagdadaanan pero di din ibig sabihan puro ulan. pagkatapos ng ulan, kung di man lumabas ang bahaghari, lalabas din ang araw. padayon. ipagdarasal kita at pamilya mo 🙏🏾

Bago magsimula ang August, umuwi na si Papa kay LORD. Naalala ko yung gabing yon, hirap na hirap nang huminga si Papa dahil sa Pneumonia pero patuloy siyang lumalaban. "Laman at buto naramdaman ko" mula sa panghihina ng katawan ko hanggang sa panginginig ng buto ko habang binubuhat namin si Papa papunta sa ambulansya. Sa totoo lang, sinugod silang dalawa ni Mama sa hospital. Pinagdasal ko na bigyan siya ng hininga ni LORD at tulungan siyang huminga ng maayos, natupad naman pero agad ding natapos. Madaling araw nung pumanaw si Papa, pero sabi ni Ate bago siya nawala, pinapatawa pa niya si Ate, nagpapapicture pa, remembrance daw. Nung mabalitaan ko yun, itong kantang to yung nagtawid sakin sa mga panahong kailangan kong huminga sa mga iniisip ko, at ngayon ito pinakikinggan ko bilang kanta kay Papa. Salamat sa hardworks mo para sa family Papa, Magpahinga ka na Pa, wag matakot, pagaling na din si Mama sa Pneumonia. Pahinga ka lang Pa, huminga kang malaya.

Kapag stressed na ako sa mga academics, I often forget to take a rest. I always push myself to finish it kahit may ibang araw pa naman. "Magpahinga ka na, sinta. Wag maramdaman ang sariling lungkot. Huminga." Isa sa mga pinakamagandang lyrics at message na natanggap ko this year. To be honest, this is my comfort song. I sang this song last night while I cried because of emotions that I didn't understand... Huminga will always be my best comfort song, thank you Zild.

I was so afraid of listening sa ibang versions nito, the official audio was so mesmerizing in the best way possible. Thank you for this, I'm undergoing through my denial phase right now. My man courted me for 4 months and 15 days and I recently just gave him my "yes". Earlier this morning, I found out that he got back with his ex and they were doing lowkey flirting/dating for 2 weeks straight habang nangliligaw siya. The ex agreed to the terms that my guy set for them and nung hindi na kinaya ni Ex niya, he was cornered into making a tough choice. Kung ako ba or yung Ex niya. He talked to me when we woke up and opened everything about it. Sobrang devastated ko nung nalaman ko nang sabay-sabay na he cheated, kept secrets and is now confused sa choice na pipiliin niya. I told him to choose the ex and na magiging okay lang ako. I been isolating myself for hours now and narealize kong parang nagpipigil pala ako ng hininga mula kanina, nakakapagod.
