I’m 64 and just ordered/received my Ziip 10 days ago. My husband didn’t even know I’d ordered it. I’m 74 years and haven’t given up yet. My skin is in great shape been using retin A, sunscreen since my 40’s but that doesn’t fight gravity. One thing great about the ZIIP is its longevity. So many people want the “new.” It’s good to see someone sticking with something that works for as long as possible.

I just received my Halo Wednesday and I am very happy with it. I feel my skin is already better, and I have been using microcurrent devices for years, but not ZIPP. Thank you for arranging the great Black Friday deal for us.

I just wish some of the updates for the original ZIIP that ZIIP promised when Halo came out would happen. I bought the original device about 9 months before the Halo came out. I love my ZIIP but it would be nice to have the 6 minute default treatment and some of the other updates

Thank you for this. I bought my ZIIP GX a year and half ago and it is still going strong. I am now 56 years old and I use my ZIIP regularly. Since I am consistent, I now only need to use it 2 times a week - although when I use it more often, I get even better results. I will never give up my ZIIP! The BEST customer service too. Also, I've tried other conductive gels and will no longer use anything other than the ZIIP gels. The ZIIP gels do not dry out on my face and I don't need to use a lot.

I Just received my Ziip Halo Wednesday and used it first thing each morning since. This morning , Saturday, I followed along with Melanie doing the 6 minute treatment that includes the neck and I did it twice, so 12 minutes total. Afterwards, I was shocked by how much difference I saw in the line of my left jaw which is a bit weaker than my right and the smoothness that was achieved in my forehead. I can't wait to see how things are looking six weeks out. Gonna check for updates now😊

@@TheZahra110 Did I notice any improvement using Ziip vs Nuface? No. I just dreaded using the Nuface, wasn't pleasurable but I was consistent. The Ziip is something I look forward to though. That's the difference for me. Now the Ziip conductive gel: soooo much better than anything else I've tried. Doesn't dry up, packed with skin beneficial ingredients.

@TheZahra110 I like that Ziip has nano and microcurrent. Nuface I had was microcurrent only. Don't believe the newest release of Nuface includes nanocurrent. Think it's still just microcurrent but I didn't buy the new Nuface, bought Ziip instead (my Nuface was about 7 years old and needed replaced)

@lilij1915 I've never used a mask my sister actually gave me one that she doesn't use anymore and I haven't really tried it. I did see a video by a guy on KZread Dr abs and he talks about how the panels allow for overlapping of the red light where is the mask leaves spaces I'm not sure if any of that's true but there's that. I ordered an inexpensive wrap for my low back but otherwise I wanted the power of the panel

I’m late to the party, but I only just got the device (thanks Lisa J.)! I love when you do these interviews because we can get some tips and experience the inventor’s passion for their product. I think this is one device I can definitely be consistent with.

I was so excited when Ziip Halo came to Australia & have been loving it. My queries/comments are… 1. I was wondering how I tell when the device has changed to the different current during a program? When doing a program I’m usually a head of the video even if I wait for Melanie to start. I can’t tell (until Melanie says it has happened) that the current has changed to the one that can be used under the eyes for example as it all feels the same to me. 2. Which program would be best to use for textured skin on my chin & age spots? 3. I use the Crystal gel I bought but it smells rather funky, should it? Besides the smell I love the consistency of the gel which has now meant I can use my FOREO Bear (I was getting horrible zapping using the gel that came with it) as well. It would be good if we knew where to apply the gel for the Ziip Halo prior to syncing the program with the device as there’s not enough time to wash my hands before the program starts.

Hi. Thanks for the interview. A lot of good information. I was on the fence about getting the ziip because 1) it is expensive and 2) there were not a lot of reviews from mature women and the ones I read were discouraging. I am 60. I got the ziip halo using your code (thank you) 2 days ago and boy, was I blown away. I decided to start with the 14 day plan and did the 'lift' first. Then thought I would throw in the 'blemish' treatment. My skin texture got instantly smoother and the sun spots on my forehead felt several shades lighter. I would never have believed it. The next day I did the 'jowls and brow lift' and decided to add the 'blemish' and 'electric' which was recommended to even out skin tone and reduce discoloration. I am jumping up and down with joy. How can my skin look more even toned with one session ?? I usually see this kind of change after months of good skin care. Big hug to Melanie and you. ❤❤❤ My questions to you and Melanie are 1. Can I do this everyday? (The 14 day & 30 day plans have 2 rest days between treatments) 2. How many treatments can I combine in one session? 3. Will we get an email when there are updates to the software. If I had not listened to this video , I would not be aware of updates I felt compelled to write this lengthy note since I am absolutely thrilled with my ziip, especially after so much apprehension. Perfect timing, as I just got mine! I'm super confused about how to time sync the device with the treatments in the app though. I am always either behind or ahead of her and can't figure out how to them time locked so that I can actually follow along with what she is doing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What you are seeing in the video is just a demo. After the program is synced to the device there is no link between the program video & what you are doing, they’re indecent of each other. I put my gel on before even syncing the device, wait until Melanie has started then I start (I’m usually finished about the same time if not before her even starting after her).

Okay. I understand why a single cyst gets worse while everything else got better. I’ll no longer contradict the treatment order. It may take some time for this baby to resolve but it’s better than having it hangout on my forehead forever.

I was so excited to purchase Ziip after watching Penn's endorsements and the interviews with the inventor. I ordered one., but because I have had issues with some gels, I chickened out and decided to return it when it came. Luckily I had not opened the box as then it would not be returnable. The woman I spoke to while trying to return the unopened box was quite rude. After sending numerous photos to prove I had not opened the box, I received a return after quite some time.

Question, Melanie talked about black heads, should I use the ZIIP on my nose in the problem solver mode to clear the pores on my nose?

Just wonderful video what a chance we have to learn so much with you 🙏🏼 Could you tell me how long do I have to wait after a Blépharoplastie and what treatment may be donne ? And treating my neck for example two times in a row be even more beneficial ? I hope my question is worthy 😅

This was so inspiring. Unfortunately, I have the OX model and I just have a hard time believing that the upgraded Halo can still be considered equivalent to the Ox?? She is making it sound like the Halo contains much improved micro current technology and provides significantly improved results over the OX. I’m so torn. Hi Penny love this informative video. I received my ziip and in two sessions I had good effects however I forgot not to do thyroid area on neck🥺noticed change in my eyes in a negative way. Will it go away? Rest of face looks better. Question I did threads on my cheeks can I do ziip? Also can I do on chest? Flabby under arms? Thighs?

I just got mine & I’m loving it but so many questions. I’m 2 months away from 50. I started developing vertical lines over my lip (seriously think this is from daily oil pulling). What is the best treatment for this? Also, can you do a treatment more than once on the same area? Like if I want to do the brow lift. Is it pointless to do more than once or could it be damaging to do twice in a row? Another Q- is it ok to use this every night? Does your skin need a break? Thank you ladies for making this video! Hey Penn! Great video & so helpful. I’m wondering if you could answer a question about the ZIIP and using tretinoin. I just got the halo & loving it but I’m hesitant to use my nightly tretinoin the same night. I’ve used the halo 3 nights in a row and I usually use tge tretinoin every night and don’t want to keep skipping it. Please lmk, I’d appreciate your input! Thanks so much❤

excited to get mine-I would love to hear more about not using your prescription tretenoin on the days you use the ziip.Its taken me awhile to get my skin looking good and built up to nightly treatment, and my acne is at bay-I guess I will only use this 3x a week.

You can ziip in the AM and tret in the PM. I’ve never had any trouble with that- and if you’ve been using tret you should be fine. I think they’re being overly cautious with that recommendation 💙

Can you do a video on red light therapy for the body?

I just received the halo and haven’t used it yet. I have a question that concerns me. I have some bels Palsy on one side of my face. Not severe but have had it over 5 years from shingles. Should I use the halo longer on that side of my face or do both sides equally? If one side lifts more than the other I’m wondering if the palsy would be more noticeable. I absolutely love my new Ziip, thank you both. I did see that you are not supposed to use it on your chest/decolletage? Why is that?

Awesome video Penn and Melanie! I'm 83 and have been using the Halo for 6 months. Between the Halo and Omnilux I have no wrinkles whatsoever. People usually don't believe my age, My main problem is the dreaded jowls. They are diminishing now thanks to this amazing device. You two are so intelligent and also committed to the art of finding the fountain of youth! Feeling very inspired by you both. Yea Ziip!

Will this treatment exacerbate redness, and vascular rosacea? I really want to try it, but I don’t want consistent flareups? My rosacea is pretty under control now that I’ve had a Vbean Laser. Thanks for the help!
