14:22 does it meet the fibonacci relation? ((b)) seems not retraced atleast 50% of wave((a)). can you pls clarify

Hi. There's no absolute rule that wave ((b)) must retrace at least 50% of wave ((a)). What's more important is to get confirmation that wave ((a)) has ended. We could look for trend line channel for the confirmation that a new cycle has started
Can the Wave C in a zigzag target the 261.8% in rare cases?

Can B wave also retrace to even 95% of Wave A? Is it still valid and considered as Zig Zag?

Yes, as long as it doesn't break below beginning of A. When it's very deep retracement, sometimes it can become a Flat ABC structure (3-3-5)
