You spook my heart. I don’t understand, why fighting takes place between Guqin and guzheng listeners, as both instruments are ancient, and unique, produce melodic longing beautiful sounds and melodies. The Chinese can be proud of these instruments, and music pieces. They are a contribution to world music heritage, and admired to this day. I loved this performance. Thank you. I wished l could travel once more, visit China, and attend a concert with traditional played instruments. I can’t remember, when l have heard such longing melodies all humanity is dreaming off - for eternal peace. The guzheng and Guqin can produce the best in this regard for my heart and soul. In my culture only the violin, and mandolin is capable of evoking such yarning of the heart. For other commenters l might be wrong, but let me be, and don’t mock me, as it’s just my personal feeling, no one else’s, and my comment is not for other commenters, it’s for praising the instrument, the artist, and the performance. The "Armoured Horses" is a bad translation! The piece is not about war or something. The "Armoured Horses" are the wind chimes hanging under the temple roof eaves. This piece brings a calm and zen atmosphere.

the sound of Guzheng is soft and beautiful, it's a hug for the ears.

the instrument isnt that soft live though, guqin is softer

@@Sixth-Venomhy do you always have to mock, if some loves something. The person did not compare the instruments just said it’s soft. The Guqin is soft too, but can be also played rough like the guzheng. Both traditional instruments have beautiful sounds.

@@judykraska400 i was not trying to mock. Ive been playing the guqin for four years now. I was just making an input. No harm intended.

So enjoyed listening to this song 🎵 as I had dinner. I imagined a poet thinking that he was listening to a heavenly muse playing for him as he wrote his poetry in the Imperial court. Perhaps, he'll write a poem of a journey to a beautiful city...

原來這首曲子有用古琴的彈法阿.難怪我覺得這首曲子一直有古琴的影子的存在.整首曲子感覺像是在古寺禪廟中一樣.餘音繚繞.讓人的心情很平靜.真是一首好聽古爭曲.謝謝分享

其实这是古筝的传统弹法之一，现在的古筝基本都是两个手弹一个手压弦而在古代是一只手弹古筝另外一只手压弦

古筝是不常用泛音 但泛音不是古琴独有的技法

Last on was better. Down tempo Chinese music has been so over done, if there is one thing Chinese music needs especially traditional classical Chinese, its more uptempo/Rock fusion.

不可隨便墮胎：＜壬辰年11月擴大共修法會＞當天禮拜《大悲懺》之際，學生突然間到一顆肉球瞬間從我的左前方飛來，刹那之間我也不清楚是啥事？仔細一瞧才發現是一顆肉球，肉球上一條條血管清楚可見，模糊中見到眼睛、嘴巴，想再仔細分辨……咻……肉珠立即又飛的無影無蹤。 七十年代，學生在嘉義縣一所教會幼稚園服務，園長是一位溫柔的牧師娘，年輕時是婦產科護士。他曾經親口告訴我們一群老師，有關他在醫院的點滴，許多婦女流產或墮胎，經由引流手術完成後，清潔工人歐巴桑就把廢棄物丟到醫院中庭園的小池塘，或者埋在樹底下，他們這些護士都是住宿，並且要輪流值夜班。園長說他們當護士的每天夜晚都會看見許許多多的嬰兒在池子邊爬來爬去，或者貓兒在樹下叫號不已。當園長與這些年輕的老師們分享他的真實見聞之後，也誠心的諄諄告誡我們，千萬不可隨便犯造淫業，更不可隨便墮胎，以免嬰靈跟隨作崇，甚至影響身體健康。事隔三十年後，再想起這一件事，符合我們現在在宗教上的認知，怎能不信因果。我們也曾經聽過一些前賢的親身經歷，他們都是自己親眼看見冤欠的討報，當時痛苦的程度，豈是三言兩語說得完。當然事後經過醫學檢查，最後確定為婦科疾病，只有接受開刀治療，這麼一來即是遭受《刀劫》了。根據了解，乃某一世的淫業所造成。 世人知悉過去言行有過錯，唯有反省、懺悔、感恩，進而端正言行，即是修孑。
