"壯丁進行曲" - March of Robust Men (Anti-Japanese Chinese Marseillaise)
This is a World War II song, sung by prolific anti-Japanese singer Ma Guolin. And yes, he is Cantonese. The song has the same tune as the national anthem of the French Republic, La Marseillaise.

“Robust men” is the literal meaning of 壯丁, but a less literal translation could render it as “conscripts” which was what 壯丁 meant to people, quite a negative connotation among the population.

It’s just a common surname, but might have some Hui ancestry. Definitely not a member of the Ma Family if that’s what you ask
