Id like to know if you connect cable to sony camera will the slide button control zoom or only the light? I know m2 is suppose to but i wluld prefer m2s if it can do it. It is the only reason we need it for shooting long distance in skiing.

What gimble do you recommend for the Sony ZV1M2? I had a Hohem MT2 but i returned it because it got heavy the longer i held it, however it seemed bulit well and i foubd it difficult to stay balanced. Thx😊

m2s doesn't have zoom buttons and wifi connection, I don't understand. Instead of some lights, I'd rather have the ability to zoom in and out from the gimbal...

I just bought the M2S and I'm super disappointed to find out it doesn't have zoom. And the wifi connection is non-existent with my Sony HX80. Even using the cable didn't work unless I'm using the wrong settings. My current M2/Hx80 setup was perfect but I wanted to be able to charge my camera while filming. I wasn't able to do that....until I changed the USB connection settings to accommodate the M2S. Now my M2 charges my camera, I still have zoom and control of my camera through the gimbal. So I will probably return the M2S because it's not conducive to my needs. After 2 or 3 years, my M2 is still a beast. So I will hang on a little bit longer.

Crane m2s not support zoom control.

Only problem I have with my M2-S is that I need to use a cable to connect my ZV1 to the gimbal, but with regular M2, it's possible to do it wirelessly. Can anyone tell me why is it this way?

i just purchased this gimbal and alreay using it for a week for a walk or strolling around only. but i kinda dissapoint with the result because its a lil bumpsy ( its not as smooth as i expected) do you also have the same result.

Nice video. So, I am in the process of about to send my recently purchased M2 gimbal back (via Amazon) as the locking screw (for transport) hasn’t worked. I also find the balancing process being required every time the gimbal is brought out of transport a nightmare as, in the field, I may lose the shot I wanted when spending 15 minutes to get a gimbal balanced. I have contacted Zhiyun support through their website and Amazon to which they haven’t responded. I guess these products are manufactured to flood the market regardless of customer issues with them. Can you please explain how the M2 S has to be put away for transport and then brought out again for use? Does it require a re-balance every time? These are the important factors for me having recently bought the M2 and after lots of frustration and learning they have recently brought this model out and lack of response from their support / and via Amazon with my M2. Hi. Thanks for the comment. About your questions, I talk abit the conmectivity of the Gopros and the gimbal in this other video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ioiWlJKij6m3kc4.html About packing the gimbal away after balancing it...well, you just have to carry it as it is after it has been balanced. And that is the same for all the gimbals, not just for the Zhiyun's ones. Hope that answer your question. Ciao

@@MamoAir Thanks for your reply. As I travel a lot on a motorcycle ( mainly within rural Scotland) - luggage space is a challenge and I prefer my bike for getting to remote locations. Also, would not have the space to transport a gimbal with its rotor arms extended (rather it is folded away). Tbh - I love the Hohem iSteady 4, yes it only supports (weight) action cams. I love the sprung loaded clip to attach the camera, it is what I call quick release. Sadly, I am having connectivity issues with the iSteady Pro 4. I also like the fact that Hohem offer a travel pouch for their gimbals opposed to a polystyrene box. Ok you can buy a white travel bag (as an extra) for the Crame gimbals. I have purchased so many different gimbals now to try to get a suitable one to simply use for motion during timelapse. I should do some reviews myself 😊. I just last night found out that the FeiyuTech G6 ( yes, I bought one of them also) does actually do this function but strangely not inside the app, you have to press a button 6 times, stand on your left leg, whilst balancing the gimbal on your nose. Why this is not explained in the user manual is beyond me. Perhaps all is lost in translation! China manufactures are renowned for not producing quality manuals (and customer’s support for their products) hence there are folk like yourself doing these videos. I am guessing you get paid by the manufacturers for these. Thanks again and Slange Var fae Scotland

I'm nervous... Today the Sigma 16mm arrived for my sony ZV E10. I hope and wish that the M2S can support it. With the 18-105mm he couldn't. Still , I am delighted with the gimbal and its features . Greetings friend

@@alexmartell9413 I think it means that you cannot control the camera through the gimbal and the app, but I am pretty sure that the gimbal can still support your camera size. If uncertain, just get in touch with Zhiyun directly before buying. Thanks :-)

I bought the M2 few months before M2S came out… too bad because I own A7C, ZV1, A7S3 & could’ve used the M2S instead. I’m trying to sell my M2, new sealed I’m box.

11:26 don't film in vertical ? You are not working in social media commercial... the best commerial is activity in tiktok/instagram. Many big shops making video special vertical, tv commercial is almost dead.

Hi Adam. Thanks for the comment. Actually I do work for social media and I've been working in the field for 15 years. Though I still advice to film in landscape mode as you can always crop for vertical formats from there but you cannot do the opposite. And definitely tv, cinema and youtube commercials are not dead as they bring high revenues to the brands. And I can speak through my 10 years career in Sony Pictures and MTv. Hope this helps
