Seems like you got a limited amount of oxygen in this particular model (coz its just for demo purposes). The actual ones probably have built-in air pumps that should help keep the person inside ventilated for a bit longer.

In America, theme park costumes are usually cloth. A water park I worked at had an otter mascot costume, and it was all cloth, fur, and plastic. So, in the middle of July, one of my coworkers had to put it on to greet the children, and after 45 minutes of running around and performing in the summer sun, he came inside and fainted on the couch. Nobody else could even use the suit after because it was so dank with sweat. The guy was a hero for those 45 minutes.

I'm from Mexico and here we have a famous drugstore franchise called "Farmacias Similares" wich has a mascot on every store called Dr Simi. What I'm trying to say is that in Mexico in almost every town (I live in a small town and we have it too) there are mascots like this on the street. Another fun fact: if you're a famous artist and do a concert here, chances are people are gonna throw at you dozens of Dr Simi dolls at you. Is a relatively new trend but it has become quite common now.

I wish i was in that costume to be honest, unlike any other costume i've seen, this one looks ok to be in.

高校生の頃にショー専門の事務所に所属していました。MCタレント所属ではありましたが、週1度無報酬レッスンがあり土日はほぼ出勤と条件が悪いお仕事ゆえに人出不足。165cmと中性的な身長なので人型（ライダーやプリキュアの中）からマスコット型（もちろん直立では入れない）もお手伝いしました。腰痛めるけどちっちゃいお友達がキャッキャしてくれてとてもかわいいので長時間でなければ楽しかったです。子どもなし、気が紛れないただ立っているタイプは一番辛い😬

居るはずのない存在を実在させる”奇跡”みたいなことができるこういう素敵な人達の存在、隠すだけじゃなくて子ども達にももっと知って欲しいよな。これを見て”スーツアクター”って職業に憧れを抱く子も居るだろうし、「夢ぶち壊しで草」なんてとんでもないと思う。
