Yes, I've had a lot of folks like yourself watch me making pots, which I've been doing for more than thirty years, then telling me, "It's a lost art though, isn't it?".

I am in awe by his skill and focus on perfection. About 26 plus minutes into the creation. I feel like I missed a large segment when this amazing pot suddenly had feet and drain holes. I was looking forward to seeing how he would raise the pot and install the legs

I dream of a day, long into the future, where I can make such masterpieces from muscle memory! Alas, I do not have that much time left, but as a master or an amatuer I love working the clay with my hands, I love how it feels as it gives way to your hands, forming into what you make it. Clay is one of the very first mediums that mankind for not only practical purposes but an everyday artistic form that people bought and put into their homes! The best kind of art there is, one that is useful for another purpose, not just art for its own sake. Japan has done very well in turning pottery into this kind of artform! Arigato Nakanosama! (deep respectful bow).

Judith Fenske Sure I could and I could wear earmuffs to drown out the sounds of the world around me on the daily... but, not practical and it was just honest feedback for him. I wasn’t the only one with this issue. I was with it for the first 3 mins but by the half hour mark I was looking sideways at my 9mm. KZread content producers like to know how the viewers feel and I was giving my opinion. Great video but maybe change up the music a few times in half an hour.....

Alejandra Parker. Yes, I am aware of how to turn the volume down, strange as that may seem. If you are not familiar with the inter-relation and interaction between eyes and ears and the sense of what happens, then you should turn the volume off of any programme and see and ‘hear’ for yourself. You can effect the same affect with good ear-plugs as well. This is why the comment is valid. As for the experience of others, or echoes as you call them, you will have to ask them.
