一号房算是独立屋吧，省掉了租停车的钱，如果你们是有两部车的话，车库可以停一部，外面也可以停一部的。这样算起来一号房跟二，三号房的价钱差不多。如果地区都差不多的话我会选择一号房，毕竟空间大很多。

我會選擇第三間公寓 看上去很新淨及比較有格調 地方又不會太大 適合年輕二人世界 但一旦親朋戚友來探訪又不會不夠地方用 正好不大不小 應用租金合理 比較便宜可儲蓄些資金將來生兒育女教育經費！

For 2 peoples without children, the third one would be the best. its comfortable and easy to clean coz not so big, bath is important when you really feel so tired so you can have a bath if need, its good for saving money for the next step ( Buy a house ) . Think about you love to cook and it would be close to Ari's parents, enough space to put a big table so they can always come around to have a meal with you.

The third one is a multi-story apartment. I don't suggest it. If neighbors are noisy (upstairs or downstairs or next door), that will be nightmare for you.

@@JayAri The interior remodeling is the cheapest way to impress people, but you really need to consider other things. If you think you'll use the amenities, go 2nd. If you need more room, go first.

Hey Jay & Ari, Been following your channel for a little while now and I am glad you guys are moving closer to the family and getting your own place. I have moved 3 times in the states since I moved here from China in 2016. My wife and I have made quite a few mistakes that I can share and hope you guys can learn from those mistakes. There are so many aspects to choosing your first home, even if it's just a rental. Our first house was everything we wanted, single-dwelling house, with fenced-in yard. We paid a little over budget for that house but we never got any chances to enjoy it, because we just started our careers here and we were just too busy to do anything. Two years later we moved to a new place closer to the downtown area for all the actions. This house was a little smaller, and we truly enjoyed our time spent there but our family grew, so we had to find a new place to fit everybody in. This one is the one we are at right now. There are some things we like a lot but there are definitely things we do not like at all, but it is a balanced option for all the things going on in our life. I think how your life is gonna develop and how you are going to enjoy the time in the house are critical in making this decision. Best wishes

I really like the first one. Like Ari said, attached garage option Sounds appealing,and it also looks nice. What really impress me is that three of apartments are so big !! Well, comparing with what I live in japan😅 hope you’ll find a best one!

From my opinion the third one would be better than the other ones, cuz it could have enough living elements to suit your status now😊

For someone who will be cooking Chinese food alot, the most important thing is a range hood that vents to the outside and also a gas range stove

TBH I like all of these 3 options! Their prices are far more cheaper than the ones in west cost. With $2000 you can barely rent a small studio in Downtown Seattle, WA. I would recommend the second option because their price is the most affordable, nice gym and not too big for a couple to live.

First one is the best! Attached garage makes it like a real home, also convenient and safe! Two and half rooms is good and spacious. You don’t need to move with 1-2 kids. If you plan to buy a house to start a big family anyways so you plan to move one more time, then go for the 3rd one, small and cozy

These 3 apartments are all great, but Ari & Jay, you guys certainly can make whichever home you pick even greater because you guys are going to make it meaningful and special. The third one is the best for you guys because it's a one bed room apartment. But if you are going to have guest or your parents or friends to spend the night over at your home sometimes, the first one would be the best choice.

I would like to take the first one for sure. It is spacy, more rooms for activities and quests. also, that allows you to have at least one child to be with you. the attached garage is the extra perk. 2000 isn't that much for a large unit like that. Good luck!

Yep, the third one looks like the good option!

The red brick houses in the second community are warmer and feel more at home.

The 2nd and 3rd kitchens have good u-shape layout. I would prefer a unit with a balcony.

You guys make a good couple- y'all are sweet.

首先有 washer and dryer 很重要，否者的话洗衣服不方便还没有隐私。其次有 covered parking 也很重要, 否则遇到大风和冰雹的话车容易受损。

1st if affordable. Otherwise, the 3rd one. Of course the location also matters.

做中餐的家庭需要选带排油烟机的厨房，美国普遍的那种在房间中部的，只有室内过滤的集成在微波炉上的排风不够用。

If it’s not my money, I will go for option 1 as there’s attached garage. Else go go option 3, looks pretty new!

If it's a multi-story condo apartment, you need to be aware of possible noise from neighbours. I used to live in the 3rd story of a 4-story condo, the noise from my neighbour upstairs drove me crazy, I literally could hear my pan sitting on the stove was trying to jump off. LOL

Cool! You can find good Chinese restaurant( for dumplings) in Kansas city!! My favorite is the two bed rooms one...with garage $1650. Pretty good price. I think one bed room is too small for a couple( although kitchen is nice).

第二间的租金很吸引人，不知道第三间是不是也不包含水电？总的来说，是我会选择第三间，就屋里的视野和动线来说，第三间是比较好的。 今年kansas city的公寓比起去年平均贵了美金10万左右，现在利息也升上来了也不划算，买下公寓除了要付贷款以外还有HOA和property tax，但租房就不需要付这些，万一住的不开心搬走就是了，要买房子等过几年再说。

KC Zona Rosa, Overland Park, Olathe, Leawood are pretty good areas.

Love the color ways of the 1st and 3rd, but the 1st is pretty expensive in the Midwest. If you guys WFH, 2b would be better I think, which leaves the 2nd. I can suck it up with the brown cabinets…

Two bedrooms are more practical. Attached garage is a plus. You should also expect to stay for a few years and maybe until the first baby is born. Then you can start looking for a four bedrooms house in a good public school district.
