I am so thankful Jay makes many different dishes because I am not used to spicy food and I also don't like seafood and sea weed. He always thinks of everyone when he cooks. I think we will keep him! This was such a fun night.

Anybody who married with Chinese guy or woman, their family will have this such amazing meal time.

Laozhangren is so entertaining. You can tell he has done that before(singing/concerts.) Ari has definitely picked up the entertainment genes. Jay's meals are comparable to any professional chef around the world no doubt. When I think of cooking cultures around the world, the top three are France, Italy, and China...with probably China at the top. Of course, I am probably a little biased.🙂

This is year 2023. I think there're still more and more people coming here watch this vid. This is why I still want to say sth. Chinese and Americans see each other as nobody naturally. You can not say positive or negative. Chinese don't have to please anybody in order to stand up themselves, even on the land of America. Who are trying their best to hurt Chinese ? Taiwanese and those from HK. If China takes over Taiwan and keeps HK under good control, Chinese people in America will have peaceful life. Marriage is about a good match and keep a nice balance of power. Nobody should belittle Jay since he is a newcomer to America and further set up a goal for jay to please his American family members. Their happy life comes from the mutual respect and mutual love. Chinese often call Taiwanese froggies in the deep well. We often realize why they do so.

I think this channel tells Americans that there are people in China called Jack Ma and Ren Zheng-Fei, but also Jay Tang who may change your private kitchen to a feast making hut. Having consuming burgers, pizzas, and cereal for over half a century as the same as this family, Americans have a lot to catch up with China. This show also teaches Chinese that you think Americans are simple, you may not know that they are simple to this level.

I cannot agree with this man called jiunntyngchen because Americans and Europeans can learn the point from this channel ---- westerns have to speed up their learning in order to gain respect from Chinese of the mainland of China. And I like to say that they don't have to pay attention to how Taiwan province people feel since Taiwanese are happy enough as long as westerns pay lip service to them.

Winter melon is a very good vegetable dish. Especially in summer time. We usually made soups with it.

Jay is getting more and more humorous: dry sea weeds were “weed” (the smoking kind?), winter melon became “water melon”. Haha!
