I recently got to see my mom after 12 yrs of being apart, because I work in America and she lives in Japan. I was so happy and sad that I left her alone for all these years. She cried at the airport when i left for America. She is 68 now and I’m 32. Seeing her cry tell me that she really misses me and don’t want me to go. I made up my mind today I will go back to Japan in a year or two after building my job experiences here in America. I just wanna be close to her. I love you, mom. Wait a little more, I will be there.

I would give anything to see, or talk to my mom just one more time. I was right in her house, taking care of her, or trying to. 2 weeks at home hospice care. We never talked about her dying. She never brought it up, so, I was afraid to. Because of this, I never actually said goodbye to her, or how much I loved her and would miss her. She knew it, though. She was my best friend and I was hers. So, even though I know she knew these things, I regret not talking to her about it. I know exactly what I'd say to her. Just one more talk. I wish it could happen. I am devastated. 😢💔
