Zeus - IH Parts America's 1970 1-Ton Travelall

As promised in a previous video, here is a video tour of our 1970 1-Ton Travelall we affectionately call Zeus. Sporting a IH 392 engine, it has a 190156 Isky camshaft and FiTech Fuel Injection. Gears get rowed through a NV4500 transmission that has been adapted to the IH engine using a CPT adapter. Mated to the NV4500 transmission is a NP205 transfer case. The front axle is a Dana 60 with disc brakes. The rear axle is a GM 14bolt with a limited slip differential. both axles have 4.56 gears. The Travelall rides on 35" tall Goodyear Duratrac tires. I enjoyed the build on this truck when it was done. I looked at this T-all up close at the Nationals in 2017 this thing is brute. Great truck sir.
Love the TA. I was and IH sales manager at a small dealership in South Dakota 1971-1973. Drove a couple loaded TA's . I have a 1967 1100 Pu, 266 V8. PS, PB, Factory AC .

What kinda of mpg do you get with the 5spd? 9mpg?

Around 11mpg and that as at speeds of around 75-80mph.
