If you watch the whole episode it’s painful. Because it’s clear as water that they didn’t want Fuko. They gave her shitty parts for the test and then criticized her English and made her swap parts with Jungeun so it would be ´ perfect. ´ the moment they said that I understood she lost. They never gave her the spotlight during the episode even tho I am pretty sure she led the surprise party for the producers. They didn’t zoom at her face during the performances. And when they called for the Izna members you could see Fuko breaking down because she KNEW. You could hear people screaming Fuko’s name. TWICE they made her come at the front to choose between the candidates who will join Izna. How painful is that to get your hopes up twice?! From one hand, just like jeemin not fitting illit, it’s better for Fuko to wait a bit more to debut in a concept that she will suit. The last test was basically made by Teddy and it’s clear they have a concept they want to fit. Sadly, I think they didn’t see her as fitting that concept.. But the way they castes her away was painful to watch… I hope she will find a group with a concept that suit her. In a way, if she didn’t fit the concept they want to go for Izna, it would have been a waste of her talent.

I get it but her voted weren't high enough else she would have made it and regards to the English rap, Fuko herself was also worried about that part. She had difficulties learning it even by the time of evaluation. I think it was good they swapped the role. Honestly I wasn't happy because I wanted Jungeun to keep her part since that was my best part of the song but Fuko did a great job. I wish her fans had put more effort into voting for her but who knows she might end up in a group more popular than izna in the future. And I also hated how they kept bringing the girls to the front for a position. It was so heartbreaking to see their faces fall when their names didn't get called after giving them hope

I truly feel painful seeing Fuko crying. The fallen angel who tried to be strong despite her tears after 7 years of training and still waiting to debut. Never thought after jeemin from R U Next and fully recovered after seeing her debut, i would see Fuko being murdered in cold blood and get a greater heartbreak than jeemin case. No hate to anyone, just angry and sad for Hayashi Fuko

sakurai miu went on niziu project and failed to debut there. then she went on gp999 and also failed there. but she was able to debut at 22 on pd101 jp in a permanent group. fuko is younger than her and also very talented so i think she will be fine ❤

It's not biased if she was chosen by the producer, if you have watched "R U next", "Sixteen", "Produce 101", "Idol School", "The Unit, Mix Nine", "Girls Planet 999," "Finding MOMOLAND," and "Produce 48" you'll notice how they prefer visuals and popularity iver talent. And the PD's pick was Mai and Saebi not only Mai, Saebi even receiving free privilege. Also Kpop is business, so it's a wise choice to get Mai and Saebi. Also, Fuko was 8th place, it's the fans fault for not voting her (286,177 votes).

When you're heavily critiquing others for the same shit, but turning around and praising Sarang for improving after her multiple voice cracks in the FINAL couple episodes? Yeah, you're gonna have people pissed off. Sarang is good, and mistakes happen. But the obvious bias the judges had? Bullshit, and it's not surprising that it's left a bad taste in viewers' mouths (in terms of Sarang debuting).

I knew it from the beginning of the 2nd part, that Fuko gonna end up like K(iland). They both are rhe oldest and J line members. However, K debuted. So I'm positive that she's going to debut someday.

BRO TAEYANG IS JUST FLAT OUT RUDE

I liked Fuko, but I feel like Jungeun and Jiyoon have a "stronger impact", not that Fuko doesn't have that, she is super talented and she has a great voice, but in comparison to these 2, she is less impactful, this is my opinion. I'm happy with this line up because all my favs have debuted, Jeemin, Jiyoon, Jungeun and Koko, except for one (which was Sujung). For once I can say that I'm happy with a final line up. Plus all the members of the "Drama" team have debuted! (Mai, Jeemin, Jiyoon and Jungeun). And ofc I'm happy for Sarang and Saebi too, I can't wait too see all the content with the girls! About Fuko, I think she will debut one day, she is very talented, I think it is just a matter of time, just like it was for Jeemin.

In RUNEXT, i was so happy that i even dont know what to say for days but here in Iland2, i was so sad that i cant even celebrate my one pick debut 😔

I agree with everyone that Fuko deserved it but theres no need to hate on saebi and mai, they all worked really hard for this debut and the only person who in my opinion didnt deserve it as much was sarang just because of her vocal mistakes. But the votes just didnt make it happen... I voted for Fuko and I am so sad she didnt make it, but Mai and Saebi deserve no hate!

Just a reminder It was Yuju third survival show. Fuko isn't the only one who was talented enough to debut I really hope their fate eill show soon and debut

Bit in part 2 it became obvious that producers don't want her (those points they gave her...come on! She was wonderful). I think she just doesn't fit into BL concept. She looks more mature next to her fellow i-members. And nowadays everyone are looking for extremely young girls

I really liked Taeyang before this show. But after this show, because of his obvious bias towards Mai and indifference towards Fuko, my opinion of him has changed. I don’t hate him, but I am a little bit disappointed in him.

Don´t put the blame on Taeyang. If you watch the credits at the end of ep 12 you can see that Mai was 7th in global vote and Fuko 8th. Fuko is awesome and I´m sure she´ll debut under a different company

Mai deserved to debut, she brings balance to the group, no one contradicts her strength, for example Saebi and Jeemin, Jiyoon and Jungeun, she's also an amazing dancer, a great leader, and she can make a small part become impactful, her facial expressions and stage presence can make her stand out in all her performances, a group NEEDS balance, we have 2 or 3 vocalists already, tbh Fuko is known for her vocals and leadership but we already have Jiyoon and Jungeun who are vocalists and leaders as well and Mai's vocals have improved! Watch her Fake it performance, you'll see how much her nasal tone improved, and in Fuko's Fake it performance she couldn't keep the rap part Teddy gave her, maybe the producers were trying to if they can do all kinds of concepts, or if they can show another side of their talent, Sarang showed her amazing rapping skills although it needs improvement she showed that she can be versatile and easily adjusted to the new position she's not used to have, I think the producers said that Fuko didn't really come out of her comfort zone and kept doing girl crush/cute concepts, they probably wanted to see if she can handle all kinds of concepts and like I said Fuko didn't keep her rap part so maybe that's also a reason why she wasn't PD pick.

Yeah, I'm not even surprise. After epsiode 9 where the judge gave Fuko lower points than another person that made mistakes, I already know they had their own lineup already. Then on episode 10 the judges clearly seen reading scripts on a display, some of them even struggling reading lmao. The show is scripted.

@@marisolskinn It's not rigged, I never said it was. What I'm trying to say was if you didn't understand, the producer was biased with their scoring, she did mistakes but got higher score. Jungeun got lower points but nobody did mistakes and given higher scores than her, it was fair scoring according to the performance, as everybody did their part. But we are talking about someone literally voice cracked on stage but got higher score than someone that execute the performance perfectly.

But when she was handed the rap part at the final episode she couldn’t deliver, so that is a mistake on her part and judges might’ve had that in mind too. Anyways, I think she fits a more solo vibe like IU

My heart broke into a million pieces when I saw that Fuko didn't make her debut. I honestly don't know what's wrong with people who prefer to vote for pretty faces rather than for talent. I hope they never make fans vote. I hope they truly debut people with competence, Fuko was my top 2 she was my bias with jiyoon but unfortunately people are a disaster, Fuko tried too hard She deserved more, she didn't deserve this why people are like that?, i saw so much pain inside of fuko, she knew she didn't deserve this, anyway I will never forgive the fact that they changed Fuko for Mai I will never forgive that, and I'm not throwing hate to Mai, I just can't accept the damage they did to Fuko. She was too great in the first place of the show beginning. Usually all rounders robbed in the end of survival shows because people want a “story” and one grow up, people send compliments (good thing tho), but for all rounders… nothing further compliments

Having have debut vocal and I-mates didn't vote vote her up to mark. 4. Stage presense are not up to mark in part 2 5. Sarang hve crack in vocal, but she is all rounder she won't get lead vocal bz the team is already packed in vocal terms. 6. If u hve noticed the Fake it team Sarang did the main rapper part whc perfect in way. 7. Mai hve improved her vocal from starting till now. 8. Mai is not like others she don't complain if she get few lines. She makes that few lines into main part of song check it if u want. 9. Mai visual and her emotional expression r perfect in stage performance. 10 . Don't tell no screentime whn of of thm got screentime. 11. Fuko,gyuri and yuju deserve to debut too.

It’s so effed up that FUKO did not debut. They chose Mai over Fuko. Fuko was the most consistent member and she always scored in the debut number while Mai had gotten worst over time. This showed that talent and hard work don’t matter.

From another comment: 1. fuko's good at vocalist right? but the group already have jungeun and jiyoon so they might focus in others ability. 2. since the group was produced by teddy, they need members that can pull off the concepts and theme that teddy produces, just like one the biggest groups in kpop which is bp, 2ne1, BigBang. mai and koko (sarang) can pull of that vibes more than fuko (since mai is good at versatility and duality) 3. if jeemin would be the center (jungeun have chance) she needs saebi, the performance need some face on with a center in every performance to add highlights, which is, it really need visuals. 4. fuko's best specialty is vocal but she is outshining by jungeun and jiyoon, and there is a challenge for her to rap, but she can't do it. 5. she's stable with highnotes without cracking, same as the 2 best vocalist, and jungeun is a good dancer, jiyoon was great leader too and can be a center. 6. group's need a charismatic, killable, and unique visual, mai pulls off that visual. her visual is unmatchable and unbeatable even with the other ilanders, her visuals led her performance impactful, good, and charismatic even she haves the small parts for those who don't know. 7. in the votings, saebi was 6th, mai was 7th, and fuko was 8th, so even if they follow the votes fuko was still not debuting. 8. yes, fuko deserves better but that's not a enough reason to bring down mai and call her a dozen if she can sing, dance, rap, and sp. y'all just claiming her as a visual and dozen and not understanding what's behind of it. (mai was the most hated when she gets picked)

All these regrets are so funny because most of Fuko stans are people who prefer talents over visuals, yet they gave all their votes for Jungeun instead of Fuko, resulting in Jungeun having 300k+ extra votes against Jeemin, even those 50k votes could help secure Fuko's spot in the group. Don't you all blame Mai or Sarang for making it into the group fair and square. You guys just need to vote for her MORE back then.

Favoritism. There's literally a particular girl that made so many mistakes through the show but producers said nothing, in fact they even compliment her, gave her higher score than Fuko. I'm not even shock that girl made it to final lineup. If you know, you know. *cough*VoiceCrack*cough* Edit after Sarang's Fans keep defending her: I don't think you guys understand how big the favoritism impact ranks and public image in a survival show. What happened on Episode 9 just opened my eyes. To give the bigger picture why Producer intervention in EP9 play such a big role, EP 10 is elimination day and EP 11 is the final, which was the very reason they started doing this on EP 9. 1- Score/Rank. On episode 9, producer's score is 50% of total score, which a big margin. Sarang's score that given by producer should've been much lower considering she messed up. Instead they gave her more points than Fuko which perform perfectly on that stage. And why they did that? Because they don't want Sarang to drop to 7th place, and guess what? the difference between 6th and 7th rank was 1 point. If PD was not biased and give her true score, she would've place 9th - 11th considering she messed up and that would risk her facing elimination on EP10. To put it into perspective, even with that messed up Sarang got 84 points, Fuko ate that stage but only got 82, even Jungeun the top vocal got 80, and sarang got 84? Like bruh.. how nervous the producer were and how badly they wanna save Sarang? You see how sly this show is? like if you can't see the obvious favoritism here, Idk what to say. 2- Screen time and Producer obvious biased speech: On that episode 9 they didn't even play producer speech about Fuko's perfect performance, instead they play their complimentary speech for their favorite even when she messed up, which obviously will effect the public. Because of that, Fuko got less screen time even after her perfect performance which would surely improve her public impact greatly, meanwhile PD fav got more screen time and extra positive public image thanks to the complimentary speech. Not to mention that mistakes she did effected the overall group performance, but the other members stay focused and delivered despite that mess she created, which the more reason they should give props to others, but instead they complimented the one that messed up lol. And finally, if you add up point 1 and point 2 together you got huge public image which translate to public votes. You see how hard they trying to get their favorite to debut? After that incident it just too obvious they gonna push that girl for final lineup. And thanks to the favoritism, guess who's the victim? You guys saying Sarang got to that seat because of public votes, and Mai was supposed to go out, but if you understand what I just explained, then you would see how Mai was the one that got saved by public vote and survived the show naturally without PD intervention. She constantly ranked 9th-11th, and she always survived because she manage to beat the other trainee she was against. She never make any mistake and always got through her problem by training harder than anyone, her ranks was natural because there's no PD interventions, like they gave her 77 points in EP9 which the lowest score that day same with Sujong and Juwon which got eliminated the very next episode. Meanwhile Sarang was Rank 6th on EP9 because PD biased votes when she should've ranked 9th - 11th because she messed up. Then she dropped to 7th on episode 10 thanks to previous episode, otherwise she would've been rank 10th - 12th, then she went up to 5th on final episode. If you guys can't see this Idk anymore.

Like, I liked Sarang, but I don’t think she should’ve been selected. She was never consistent and even during that final performance of Final Countdown she didn’t sound good. Mai, I don’t understand it. The judges crapped on her the ENTIRE show, she BARELY improved, but somehow she’s perfect for debut. Don’t get me wrong, I like Mai too. She’s definitely one of the de with the best attitude and motivation, but so is Fuko. So for them to say Mai has that and that’s one of the best attributes for an idol to have is insane because Fuko has the same attributes AND is way more talented than Mai. For me, I would’ve loved Fuko and Yuju instead of Sarang and Mai to be in the group. Idk what their deal with Yuju was but they 100% did her dirty the entire show.

Its a good lineup but without yuju and fuko if feels incomplete to me. Its like everything is there but something is still missing ig probably cuz they are the most desperate ones . They both were in different shows before and came here with high hopes only to get them down

It’s not insane that Fuko was eliminated. Actually I never saw her debuting from day 1. Since her first appearance she has molded a very specific stage image for audience and you know what I’m talking about. It’s more than just looking pretty now in kpop. I believe that was the biggest downfall of her growth on this program. Everyone who debuted grew since the start of the show. She could not break that sweet image. Other IZNA girls were able to expand their stage presence in very different concepts that were given. That’s why producer picked saebi, and I knew she would debut. She is very good at conveying different messages with detailed expressions in various concepts. Fuko always had one impression and lacked fluid expressions on stage. This is a very important fundamental skill to add in K-pop because it’s always evolving. Don’t get it wrong, it’s very sad to see all these contestants work so hard for years to not be able to debut. But that’s the reality of kpop, very cut dry and a lot of you guys forget that. I hope she debuts just like everyone else who got eliminated. But IZNA already have a concept and vision that fuko wasn’t able to thrive in.

I think fuko was a one pick. By that i mean she was only able to survive of only sarang and gyuri didn't. Being an "all rounder" is a disadvantage as a well as it is an advantage. They already got sarang so there was no need for gyuri or fuko hence the producers didn't choose her. Mind you she was their first pick for the semi-final to final picks.

For people hating mai and sarang why they got selected and not fuko first point sarang can fit both cute and lovely concept, girl crush concepts and many more. Fuko is really good but she never fitted in a more like ruthless girl types like all of them did Second point, she has great vocals like really great vocals but there were already two main vocalists chosen by public votes do you think it would have been fair for fulo getting less lines and have you ever seen a group with three main vocals Third, sarang is good at dancing, singing and in the last episode rapping also and you should blame yourself and public that they didn't see fuko potential that's why she got less votes so overall whose fault is it the fans or the producer. There are always some members in groups who are not perfect like jungyeon, jeemin etc... A group is formed by all types of members that's why sarang and mai were chosen Got the point now???

Mai does deserve it, though. She definitely showed lots of improvement and worked hard. Even when she didn't get the parts she wanted in the songs, she didn't complain. She is very talented and deserves to be in the group. You can disagree with me all you want, but I'm not gonna change my mind.
